Deceitful practices

So let me be the first to give this company a review. Here goes. Not sure if anybody knows this but brandshare does those little boxes those sample boxes like ipsy but they do it for Walmart Beauty Box. Yes, Walmart has a beauty box you can subscribe to. And yes I subscribed. First mistake subscribing. The first box that I got from the Walmart Beauty Box via the fulfillment of the box was through this company.
Let me Begin by saying it should not be an absolute treasure hunt murder mystery weekend just to find a number or the company or a supervisor to Lodge complaints to request refunds, etc. Well this is that company. My first box was good. They only come every 3 months. My second box was absolutely horrible. It had three products in it that weren't even in my beauty profile and you're supposed to get five to seven products and one of those products being full size. Now upon getting the boxes you can opt to buy the full size products and with the first box I certainly did because it was an amazing box. I am very much into beauty products. Anything to slow down the process of aging lol. So upon receiving the the second box my winter box I was so disgusted and so unhappy. So I began the process and when I say a process it was an absolute process to request a refund after I had already canceled my subscription. 3 hours later I got no answers because every Walmart employee that I spoke with was not aware of the Beauty Box. Walmart has. So by the third person that I had called I just couldn't take anymore and opted to speak to a manager which was the only help that I could actually get after 45 minutes of waiting for the manager to come back and give me a response because he himself had never heard of it gave me three emails emails. Why? If you are a marketing company, would you have an email and that's it? No customer service line. No way to even find it because Google doesn't have it so I wrote to all three of those via email. The email was very descriptive and it came with attachments. It came with the pictures of the box that I received and what it was supposed to be which was not even close to it. So maybe a day and a half later. I get a very short brief email saying that I will. My next box will be extra no. No ma'am it will not. I as a consumer am not satisfied with your products. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund and I will return the half done box that I received for my winter box because I want want to be compensated for that as well. So I am patiently waiting another email correspondence because I made it clear to the person that reached out to me that that is not satisfactory for me. This company is probably I don't know in its infancy or something because it's not a well put together company. It is a company that takes absolutely no pride in the way their boxes look because mine was thrown together and had men's cologne in it and I'm not a man and I don't pay for a man's cologne to be in my box. I will not rest until I get my refund for my boxes and my time and my aggravation. This company really needs to learn that the consumer s are who you work for. They're your bread and butter so it's probably in their best interest to take heed to what is said to them. I do plan on making a formal complaint to the better Business bureau And when I can find it their complaint department. So with that being said absolutely make your own decision. Just do your due diligence. Make sure that they're easily easy to contact and that you don't have to dig through a pile and go into a rabbit's hole just to find out who they are and how you can get any one to contact you. So again, if I could have given it an absolute zero I very much would have do better brand share.us. hope this helps thank you
