Really great service. Good delivery and price.

They hide any reviews of products that aren’t 5 start so nothing is truthful. I had a pair of shoes disintegrate after a few months of wearing. Simply wrote a fair review and they have hidden it but only approve the 5 star ones.

I did not realise this company is part of (now called) ski sports
They give you a QR for returns, which you then have to pay. After paying £6 for delivery I did not expect to have to pay a further £5 to return the boots
The female boots were far too big, not true to size at all. The description was not accurate.
I will not purchase from this company again

I ordered a size 6 which for all my life and every shoe in my wardrobe is a Euro 39. I paid for express delivery as needed for an event. A size 391/2 arrived which were far too big. Not only did this mean I couldn't wear to the event but Brantano refused to refund the extra postage I paid for or offer to cover the return postage. They actually could have been less helpful and I will NEVER be using them again.

what you would expect but unfortunately don't always get.Kept up to date delivered on time excellent condition when delivered first class.

This is the second pair of these boots that I have bought and they are great, so comfortable , waterproof and durable.

Shocking customer service. Shoe sole was wearing away after a month and they said it was normal wear and tear. Avoid!

Returns aren’t free!
Bought a pair of Skechers as a present. Came up very small so had to return. Cost £8.95 to send back as you can’t drop off in store as it’s a different company!
Won’t be using again

I orderd my daughter a pair of trainers which are size 10.5. They where ordered and came in size 11 which is huge on her. I sent them email and not helpful at all. I had proof that they where ordered 10.5 and they replied there are not from us! I had to send proof of everything and again came back saying it wasnt from them!! Not happy

Quick delivery. Lovely boots and good price

Exceptional support from Brantano. Ordered on next-day delivery, however, post was delayed (most likely down to The Royal Mail).

Brantano refunded me the delivery charge within a few hours, which is how support should be done, promptly and fairly. Shoes arrived shortly after, in perfect condition. Hence, the 5 Star Review.

Because of no local stores now I ordered online. Got 4 pairs of shoes and had to send them all back because of sizing then I realised I had to pay for returning which was £15!! No free returns even if you spend £88 +. Will not be ordering from there again.

Great service. Bought these to replace wellies and as I have thin legs and these are much more comfortable than standard wellies. They have a lovely soft lining, are true to size and feel so, so good.

Extremely quick, first time purchase, very impressed.
