Website feels a bit old school but i have to say, i ordered from this company at the beginning of the week and delivery was by the end. From hunting around the prices seems very reasonable and easy to understand.
What i ordered was delivered as requested, communication is as i would expect and oh my god the packaging there is no way it would have been damaged in transport.
Would use these guys again
Avoid. Absolutely appalling customer service. Review wrong order as per our mistake we chose wrong size, however the colour was also way off, barely silver looked more like primer grey. We’ve yet to receive a refund for the postage costs back to them as we deem it faulty/wrong. They dealt with my brother.
I myself decide to order a sample so we can make sure the colour is correct for a replacement order as I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt and try again. after all we have used them before over the years. To be told that I won’t be receiving a sample and we won’t be doing business with me. What a joke! Companies shouldn’t be loosing trade in this day and age. Now look what it’s cost. A bad review and a loss of a £350 order.
Not worth the hassle not when something goes wrong anyway. Go elsewhere save the head ache and the use of the ancient website.
High rate calls (0845) and they don't answer anyway - paid for a recorded message. Placed order and they had no stock so forced to cancel. Rude by email. Just avoid - plenty of good companies out there. They also trade under other names so beware. Have sent their emails to junk where it belongs.
