Very comfortable bras
Very comfortable bras. Fit really well and lovely that I can my size here. Trued every where else but even Fenwick's have stopped DD size. It's terrible. So thank goodness for bra stop.

Take pictures of your returns forms and DON'T close PayPal cases!
I'm having a really hard time getting a refund from Brastop following a return that was not acknowledged by their team. I was fortunate enough to have pictures of the returns sheets and a screenshot of the RM tracking, but after telling me to close the PayPal case I'd raised against them in order to receive a refund, they've only partially issued a refund. The bra's are good and the speed of delivery and free returns are indicators of a really good company, but this whole scenario has put me off ever buying from them again or referring friends to them.
Update:
Brastop has issued a PARTIAL refund. I returned 5 items totaling £57.80. Brastop have refunded against 3 items to the total of £34.85.
Because they encouraged me to close my PayPal resolution request I now can't go back to them for help, and Brastop have failed to respond to further emails. For anybody waiting for a refund get PayPal involved and wait for them to carry out the resolution because Brastop have now effectively stolen from me. I'm beyond furious.
Further update:
This is now resolved but to anyone considering returning items, keep pictures of all your returns sheets.

We can see that we have tried to refund you sooner however as a PayPal Dispute was opened against this transaction, our refund failed so this had to be either closed or wait for PayPal to resolve this. I brought a few bras just over a month…
I brought a few bras just over a month ago they were all beautiful but unfortunately one of the bras , the wire has now started to come through which is very irritating since i had wash my bras just to prevent this from happening. What a shame.

Trading Standards state that the average lifespan for a bra is 6 months, when cared for properly (hand wash, line dry, and worn in rotation with a number of other bras after being properly fitted), so any faults within this time of the order being placed can be refunded accordingly. Please provide us with a clear photograph of the fault via email or live chat, and we'll be happy to advise further for you.

Bad quality, okay sizing, decent shipping, don't try to return anything
While, the shipping was pretty quick the quality of the items are really poor and I will not be ordering from Brastop again. On top of the poor quality I failed to realize that I would have to pay the overseas shipping fee for the return. If I had known that before I ordered I wouldn't have order from them.

Please also note, if you've ordered using PayPal, you could be eligible for a reimbursement on postal charges used to return your order to us through PayPal directly. The amount reimbursed, and if the service is available, depends on your country and currency – this can be up to $30 USD for US orders and €40 for Europe orders.
