1st safe delivered with a faulty lock

1st safe delivered with a faulty lock. Phoned the company who stated that they had no stock of the original but would dispatch a replacement that had the same dimensions. It arrived, I arranged to have this installed. It was to big for the place set aside for the installation. Phoned again, Yes we will deliver the replacement in two days. Nothing arrived. Phoned again. So sorry, we will deliver your item before 12/00 in 2 days time. Can you see a trend here? Nothing arrived.
I now have two chunks of metal littering my front room.
Do yourself a huge favour and give this company a wide berth.
Total shambles.
