Honda and Honda services is very good. It might be expensive but it is worth it. We have been with Honda for about forty years. The car is good and the service is great.

It was swift and smooth, such good staff who respected and helped.

Great experience I had at Brayleys was sent the video of my car. It showed me all parts of my car tyres, brake pads etc. I have never experienced this before and it good to know what fault my car has. Got everything fixed that was needed. Service MOT and extras. Thank you Preet

Have just purchased a three year old CRV with wonderful Angela Powrie looking after me. Angela has been fair and honest throughout (pretty well the price I wanted for my last CRV in p/ex), but more than that , she volunteered to fix a couple of issues with the new CRV.
All the paperwork was completed and ready for the handover. And an enjoyable chat about all sorts of other things going on in the world, haha. Well done Angela, and who knows, I might be back for an ungrade in three years .

Service and MOT for our Honda CRV. Very pleased with the efficient booking service and helpful staff on the service desk, communication was great throughout.

Good Advance booking system & video review of my car by technician excellent however I was most Disappointed the after service car wash has been withdrawn and replaced by an eco tree planting project I do not support this whacky tree planting project give me back my post service car wash please.

Maria's customer service skills are excellent.

The costs involved in a service have significantly increased which is a big disadvantage.

Previously, vacuum cleaning of the car was included as part of the service which was a big bonus, but this is not now provided.

I would like to share our excellent experience we recently had when purchasing our car at Honda in Ruislip.. The sales consultant Gary Foxley was knowledgeable,professional, answering all our queries & patient whilst explaining the new technology which we had previously little knowledge of.. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who spoke with me on the telephone. He was a very good problem solver. Excellent is the word. I live in South Oxey Ian’s I was supposed to bring my car in to be checked.?
Made appointment for me to take the car to Bushey Honda . It was my happiest day . 11 minutes into Bushey Honda and waiting time was 30 minutes. You don’t know how that made me feel. You are a good customer service. Please keep it up.

Arrived on time and was immediately seen by Maria and then the car service was started by the technician whilst we enjoyed a cup of coffee. In what seemed no time at all the service was finished and after completing the paperwork we were on our way.

Maria who greeted us when we arrived was so customer focus. I enquired about a service plan to which she went and found out. As I was seated, Maria came over to me, then instead of standing over me, she knelt down to be on the same level. Everything was explained nice and clear. 5 stars for her customer service.
I had only gone in to get a battery fitted but ended up having my brakes changed too as they were low. All done with the time quoted and reasonable priced.
I have no issues reckoning Honda Brayley in Ruislip due to the 5 star treatment that I received.

Very positive experience in the very friendly and capable hands of Angela in the South Ruislip branch. She went out of her way to help. We had been customers at Skoda for over 10 years but Angela’s helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming approach meant we came back after a viewing and test drive to buy a Honda. The handover was painless and very organised. Highly recommended and many thanks.

Was easy to book the car for service
The young lady at the service desk was very polite and helpful. I left the car for the annual service and first MOT. Within half an hour i received a detailed inspection report on my mobile. The technician took me through the MOT inspection live via the mobile phone , A report was also issued of the recommendations . Excellent service.

The process of booking in the car was simple as was dropping off the car and as far as I’m aware the service was carried out to high standard. However, upon booking in my car, I was informed that Brayleys will no longer carry out washing, polishing and hoovering Cars as part of their service. This I find to be very poor.! I failed to understand how this can be of benefits to the dealership and only serves To penalise their loyal clients who bring their business to them on a regular basis. I think it shows poor judgement on behalf of the dealership to no longer cover this part of the Service to its clients.. you spend a large amount on a car, you then have a service plan and you award your custom to the dealership but they no longer offer a cleaning service as a gesture of goodwill or a good customer service to their clients. It is always been one of the best parts of the Service that you receive from a Honda dealership because it means that once you drive away after your service you have the feeling that your car is brand-new again and it means that you have that new car sensation all over again. It therefore makes no sense to me why they don’t offer this small valet service to their loyal clients any longer. To some people this will seem like a small issue, but too many I hope they will vote with their feet and find a non Brayleys dealership to Service their car going forward. I am told that the decision comes from above rather than at a local level and it is therefore for Jose Blanco and Dave Carter to answer why they value the loyalty of their customers so poorly. As Paul Brayley still gives his name to the chain of dealerships maybe he too should hold his head in shame along with Jose and Dave that they have withdrawn the service in such a punitive way. We spend a lot of money on our cars and on having them serviced so to know that it has been cared for by being cleaned and returned to a brand-new car feel means a lot to ask the owners. In light of this change I’m afraid I will have to consider my options going forward and that is why for the first time ever I’ve not been able to score the service I’ve received from this Honda dealership less than a five star. This is not a reflection on the Staff at the dealership, but rather the higher up Staff who I have mentioned already.
