I had an appointment booked for 28th of October my car was fixed and returned to me on 21st of October, that's excellent.

My husband now has cancer and this situation has not been resolved because the dealership refused to do the right thing.
Avoid this dealership – Financial loss and zero accountability
​I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this Nissan dealership. We bought a car here in January, and it has been a nightmare ever since. We are currently stuck with a vehicle we cannot drive, while the dealership has pocketed over £10,600 of our money.
​The lack of professional standards here is shocking:
​Zero Communication: Emails are completely ignored. You can message them daily and receive no response.
​Financial Refusal: They have refused to refund even the £600 extra warranty.
​Impact: This situation has caused my husband significant stress, leading to illness and time off work.
​We have been forced to escalate this to the Ombudsman, but because of the dealership's refusal to cooperate, we are looking at more than 14 months wait for a resolution. This company is not fit for purpose. Do yourself a favor and buy your car elsewhere.

From booking in to picking up car, everything was fine

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Always use this outlet to have my Nissan cared for & to date they have always provided excellent service.
I would like to see the cost of an MOT included in what you pay monthly for your Service Plan rather than pay an additional fee as we are very loyal customers to Nissan.
Just one thing more I feel they need more staff available to cover the Service desk especially if the person been attended to have a long query.

Absolute fantastic experience sales team very friendly not pushy. They were there to help. they gave me a great price for my car and kept me informed every step of the way handover was seamless.

This dealership goes out of its way to be helpful and provide the perfect service experience. Nothing is to much trouble for the team. We always deal with Clair, who is not only a great sales person who makes sure every thing is correct but goes out of her way to help and support in any sales process. We will be back.
