A little disappointed
I normally have a very good experience with Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton and have been using their services for the best part of 20 years. I am going to have to revisit them soon following a service as I have just noticed that my sidelights are not working my beam light is good. I did not notice as the weather has been so good that I have not needed to use my lights, until I went to move my vehicle late last night and found that the side lights are not working. I thought they would have been checked during my recent service/MOT. So I am a little disappointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming as always and the customer service is often second to none.
Good customer service

I received a letter from Nissan stating…
I received a letter from Nissan stating that my Motobility car required a recall and to arrange an appointment asap and it would take about 1 hour to complete , appointment was made for 10.00am two days later and I did not arrange transport home as it was only going to take an hour. On arrival I felt I was ignored by staff especially as I use crutches due to having difficulty in standing. Eventually someone came and took the keys and said it will be ready for collection later during the day, I explained that as it said the work would only take about an hour I didn’t arrange any transport home especially as I had an appointment, he replied that it was only a general appointment and that it didn’t mean it would be done then. Anyway I said I would wait. Eventually 3 hours later a technician came and gave me my keys and said it was all done, I proceeded to go out to the car park expecting it to be parked in a disabled bay but oh no it was parked on the furthest bay away from the reception as it could have possibly been parked, being a Motobility customer I would have expected more consideration from them.
Good service kind and very helpful staff… but
Overall I was very impressed with the service I received. The lady who dealt with me was lovely and very helpful, I was taking out a service plan and she set that up for me while I waited. The service was done in a timely manner. My only negative point hence the 4 stars is that this is that your car isn’t washed after your service. Something that comes as standard with all other car manufacturers I have dealt with in the past. One for the suggestion box.

A great buying experience
Asar was a fabulous sales person, listened to everything I wanted and took me out on a good route for a test drive. Love the Qashqai and the 12 month warranty and the way Will the sales manager closed the deal. Thanks so much!

Have used Brayleys for a few years now. Even thought I'd bought from another Nissan dealer previously. Their customer service/service centre was just awful. Wolverhampton was a convenient place, so started using them. Even bought my last Nissan from them. Can't fault them... Except the car park is scarily right. 🤭
Lovely staff every time I've visited be that for sale or service or MOT. Definitely recommend them
