I bought an Eagle Creek suitcase. The price was better than a certain more famous web retailer, they didn't charge more for certain colours (a dubious practice in my view) and they had the product in stock (often not the case with Eagle Creek).
They use DHL to deliver (big plus in my on-line shopping experience) and the product arrived within a week (with an accurate one hour delivery slot provided). Very happy shopping experience and based on this highly recommended.

I went to Breaking Free to purchase an Eagle Creek suitcase. The information and advice I was given was really helpful as I was uncertain as to which size of suitcase to purchase. There was no pressure to buy. Pleased with product and with service. Would purchase from them again.

I saw the product I was interested in on the website, Eagle Creek Gear Warrior 32, and had a question to ask about it. I rang the shop and they were able to actually look at the item to answer my question. They asked me to order online as it was more convenient, which I did. The bag came the day after the order was processed, all as advertised and a good price with inclusive p&p.
