Ordered a Didrikson Parka, 10% discount and free delivery. Arrived next day, found it was too big, Telephoned to arrange an exchange for a smaller size. Arrived next day and courier took the other item back with him. Job done in less than 24 hours, beat that!

Can't praise them enough, a cracking outfit and great value for money

I was looking for a comfortable chair for camping - found just what I wanted at BreakOutdoors, ordered it and two days later it was here! I was very pleased with the service and will use them again if I can.

My experience with this company delivered a number of surprises:
1. I phoned first to check stock and the guy knew what he was talking about and their stock levels.
2. Their price was less than anywhere else.
3. Having ordered over the internet I chose the free delivery which arrived within 48 hours of purchase, The delivery was even within the hour time slot given.
If you want a company that delivers what you want without any fuss then look no further.

I was really impressed the mattress was delivered on the exact day with an hr time window. Unfortunately it had a small hole, which would never have been spotted in the depot. However when I rang the guy on the phone was excellent, a replacement arrived promptly the next day. Great service really pleased with the product

A easy to use, competitively priced website - my items arrived the following day, well packed, with paperwork, returns details if needed. Unfortunately one item was faulty - but this was remedied quickly and efficiently - you can often judge a good website - in the way they deal with queries - or making right small errors. We ordered an outwell vermont xlp package deal from BreakOutdoors for a weekend camping trip a week later. (I know, we left it late!) I ordered via my phone over the internet and the payment didn't go through properly. A very helpful and friendly guy phoned to tell me that the payment hadn't gone through and the parcel was being removed from the van that night, but if I called the next day he would make sure the order was on the van that day. I have used internet ordering several times for various items and never before have I had such a helpful assistant call me and ensure that my order was fulfilled. Excellent work, a credit to the company. And the tents not bad either!
