I have not come across this company before but I would definitely use again. I bought a pocket watch for my grandson and you can have an ingrained message of your choice put round it. He was so pleased with it and loved the wording. Arrived in time for his Birthday and my daughter in law said it arrived when stated.

My boy was in love with his watch that we got him he was delighted of the details of it and the words that was wrote on it I love you my son ❤️

Impressed that watch is made in England as opposed to China exports. Ordering was easy received watch in perfect condition. The watch is sleek but has perfect weight. Love the appearance of the watch and after a couple weeks it keeps perfect time. I plan to order more as gifts. Love this watch

Bought the black son pocket watch for my son's 21st birthday next Friday that said love you forever but they sent me one with love mom on it,my male name was on the order and I am his dad so £40 wasted and now got to go out this weekend to get a replacement, shocking!!!

I can assure you that I bought the pocket watch from your company and it said mom instead of the requested dad and it was of very very poor quality so please don't say I have got mixed up and it was from another company,you really need to be more professional and admit when you make a mistake and not try to blame the customer,you wouldn't get any 1 star reviews if you had better after care for customers,I won't waste any more of my time on this now.

I ordered a pocket watch for my son’s 21st birthday.
It was a surprise and looked really fitting as a present. I paid and the watch was sent via Royal Mail 48 hrs.
The Empty Jiffy bag arrived addressed to me but inside a Royal Mail Missing or lost items envelope.
I spoke to Royal Mail and they spotted the empty package with no contents in the sorting office so we’re obliged to place it in a missing / lost items pouch.
We could not claim through the Royal Mail as it was Jewellery.
So I made a claim via PayPal as that was the way we paid.
The company Brelson blamed us throughout and even with all of our evidence PayPal ruled in their favour.
We payed for an item for a birthday in good faith and only received an empty package.
The service was disgusting and we couldn’t even speak to anyone just messaged to no avail.

I bought my watch (the gold double hunter) in February, and I was very pleased at first. However, after 4 months, the spring broke. I sent it back to the address in the box, and it has just been sent back to me unopened.

Prompt service: I ordered it on June 2 and received it on June 12; from London to my little Texas town, that's fast. Excellent product: great looks and quality. Brelsen is doing well, some of which include great service and attention to detail. Handmade quality products are rare to come in our times.

Well i bought this as a gift for my son, hes always liked pocket watches. Within 3 hrs of giving him the watch part of the cover fell off which was quite embarrassing. I asked Brelsen for a refund due to not wanting to not seeing the value i spent on this extremely poorly made item. They insisted i take another instead of the refund which i also refused and asked for a refund yet again. Eventually they did give me my money back and i asked if they wanted the watch posted back and got no reply. These items as extremely poor quality and extremely poorly put together. Youd be better going to temu or wish tbh, i think they all come from the same place. Their delivery is pretty poor too. When you buy it it says but in the next 3 hrs for next day delivery but when you actually buy it says itll arrive in around 5 or 6 days. I think thats more to do with the delivery coming from China rather than the UK. Temu or wish game the same quality for far less ££.

The watch I bought was faulty. However, as it was a gift it took me a while to get it off the person I gave it to and return to Brelsen. Even though I had informed them it was faulty a couple of weeks after I had bought it, when I came to return it they said it had passed warranty (by 2 weeks!) and therefore they would not replace it.
They look smart but they are cheap and mass produced, don't be sucked in by all the marketing, it's expensive for costume jewellery.

I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews, however I had no issues. My Dad's 70th prezzie arrived quick and it looks just like the photos. I am really pleased with with the pocket watch, it has beautiful detailing on it.

I have 8 Breslin Pocket watches in my collection every one is well made and works perfect the last two were quarts. I must say I prefer wind up watches I never wind them fully 5 or 6 winds keeps the watch ticking for about eight hrs. To me they are the best made watches you can buy. I have pocket watches I have paid a lot more for and have stopped working and cost in one instance more to repair than what I paid. Yes you have to wait a bit longer for delivery but in my case worth it and I would highly recommend this seller every time.

I bought a pocket watch for my husband. It lasted a year, at which time it would not wind up anymore. I contacted the company, which told me that it's probably the BATTERY in this WIND UP watch. I tried to reply to their email, but it would not send due to a mailer daemon return. So no I would not recommend this pocket watch. I have since purchased another brand pocketwatch. Never buying another one from them.
