We ordered two large Tetrad sofas from Brentham Furniture, sight unseen. We are in the South West, they were very competitive on price and extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging arm caps at a discount price. Delivery was a pleasure and they spent time assembling and dressing the sofas. Professional and polite, would highly recommend.

Through Brentham Furniture I ordered 2 Tetrad Sofas. The sales process was excellent and I received considerable help in ordering the furniture. I had expected a considerable delivery time for my bespoke order but the furniture arrived early. The sofas from Tetrad are excellent very comfortable. I had ordered extra scatter cushions and this makes a considerable difference.
All in all a brilliant service from Brentham Furniture which I will be using again and I would highly recommend this company.

My chair is a Tetrad Constable Wing Chair and absolutely exactly what I wanted. I had to wait some time for it to arrive but it was worth the wait. Dan Fellingham, the Director of Brentham Furniture and his wife delivered the chair together, negotiating my cottage entrance with skill and patience. They were lovely and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you!

Very good customer service from Brentham. It was a long wait for our sofas to be made, but worth it in the end. Brentham responded promptly to enquiries and phoned us the day before delivery to make sure we were prepared. One sofa was missing a couple of bolts and Dan arranged for Tetrad to post them directly to us, received the next day.

Ordered our Tetrad Jacaranda sofas and footstool from Brentham Furniture and have been really happy with the service, price and the goods.
The lead time was quite long, but isn’t it for everything at the moment, but happily that fitted in perfectly with some works we were having done on our house.
Communication with Brentham was easy and excellent - I even received a reply to an email I’d sent on a Sunday!
The price for our furniture was the most competitive I could find online and we are really really happy with them.
Brentham will definitely be my go to now when looking for new furniture.

You have to go a long way these days to find a retailer who provides what I would call, ‘good old fashioned service.’ Brenthams certainly delivered this and more. From the beginning to the end of our purchase Andy was excellent. We bought two Tetrad sofas which we are delighted with. Unfortunately, we required some replacement cushion covers which had weaving faults. He sorted it all out, no fuss, no bother. First class company, would thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered Tetrad sofas from Brentham's website as I couldn't find them locally. They took a very long time to arrive, due to brexit and COVID, but none of that was under Brentham's control. They kept me informed about the process and answered emails promptly and politely.

Purchased two sofas and a chair from Brentham. The service and help given by Andy was exceptional, and done in a very friendly manner. Living in Scotland it was so reassuring to place our order over the phone with Andy. Brentham we’re also the cheapest stockists of Tetrad sofas also with free delivery. Delivery service also excellent, arrived in perfect condition from Tetrad.

We ordered a Tetrad sofa from Brentham’s and Covid caused inevitable delay to the initial delivery timescales.
Brentham’s were incredible at explaining the issues and paid out of their own pocket for a delivery company to collect the sofa from Tetrad and deliver to us to prevent any further delays, which we thought was an incredible gesture in what must be difficult times.
A nicer person we could not have hoped to deal with. The sofa looks perfect and we are delighted.
The delivery company were excellent and kept us really well updated with delivery times.

We ordered a Tetrad sofa and chair from Brentham in August. We were aware that COVID meant that the usual delivery estimate would be extended. When we reached the end of the extension, Brentham phoned us to explain the continuing difficulties and to explain that they had taken on a delivery company to deliver direct from Tetrad to the customer.
We were contacted a couple of days ago to arrange a date and our furniture arrived this morning. We were updated about timings, which was very useful.
The furniture is exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with the service from Brentham and their subcontracted delivery company.

We ordered 2 handmade Tetrad Sofas and matching footstool from Brenthams, just at the start of lockdown.
The items took a little longer than usual to arrive, which was completely understandable given the circumstances! We have been delighted to say that the little extra wait was well worth it.
The quality and craftsmanship of the finished product are just superb, with every small detail taken care of so beautifully.
Brenthams were fantastic to work with and kept us informed at each step, from order receipt and customisation confirmation, to notifying us of expected delivery dates.
The furniture was then delivered by a lovely company who again, kept us informed of delivery and checked that we were happy with all arrangements. On arrival, they placed the furniture in the chosen room and waited until I was happy with it before leaving.

Just had delivery of my Tetrad Brampton sofa. Great price - the team were very helpful in assisting with the fabric choice. Delivery team very courteous. I would highly recommend Brenthams.

We bought our 2 Tetrad Dalmore sofas and footstool from Brenthams. They appeared to be only place we could get the footstool in leather only. Price was great. Lead time not too long to wait and were actually delivered sooner than originally told. Sofas were brought into lounge and set up by delivery team. We have been so pleased our son also bought from Brenthams
