Found Brentham Furniture online while looking for a unique sofa to finish off our newly decorated lounge. We chose a Tetrad Kensington sofa, which really looks the part and has completely finished the room perfectly.

We had never used this company before, but we’re so glad we did. Not only were the prices extremely competitive, but the customer service was fantastic from start to finish.

Andy was brilliant at keeping us updated throughout the delivery process and even personally delivered the sofa and helped us get everything set up. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does.

Excellent service all round, and we already know where we’ll be going for furniture for our next project.

The interaction with Brentham was smooth from start to finish. We knew what we wanted and were able to easily configure and order the chairs online. They immediately let me know what the estimated date would be. Communication was quick throughout. Andy delivered our chairs and could not have been nicer. He gave us white glove service, despite only being required to drop off the chairs at the front door. And we absolutely love our new Tetrad chairs. We would highly recommend Brentham.

I’d done a little research and had decided to give them a bell to make my enquiries..Wowsers it was definitely worth it and they are definitely experts in their field !!
Andy was so knowledgeable he answered all my questions and made some great suggestions as to colour combinations and aftercare. Everything from our first enquiry to delivery has been first class. Sofa was a good price so ordered on line. Followed up with a phone call from Brenthams the next day to confirm order and discuss delivery etc. Delivery was on schedule and very lovely driver put it in position for me and took away all the packaging to be recycled. Sofa is beautiful and so comfy. Would recommend sofa and Brenthams.

We ordered two truffle tetrad sofas in linen mix mushroom colour and also the duffel footstool in the same fabric/colour. The service from Brentham Furniture was excellent and customer service was personable and friendly. Our sofa was made after order and then delivered to Brentham warehouse. We live in Nottingham and our sofa was delivered promptly and on time. The driver kept us informed up until delivery point.
The quality of our sofa is phenomenal and was competitively priced compared to other retailers. I would not hesitate to purchase from Brentham Furniture again!

Brenthams Furniture has been absolutely fabulous right from the outset. I already owned a Tetrad sofa and was looking for something that would complement it. After purchasing (and quickly reselling) two sofas online—losing money in the process—I realised that only another Tetrad would be good enough to match my existing piece.

That’s when I discovered Brenthams.

Initially, I thought it would be simple—just find the details of my current sofa and place the order. But after my previous missteps, I decided it would be wise to speak to someone directly to ensure I was making the right choice. That’s when Andy stepped in—and thank goodness he did.

I explained my sofa saga to him, and not only was he incredibly understanding, but he also went the extra mile. Andy contacted Tetrad directly and discovered that my existing sofa was actually purchased through another furniture company, meaning it wasn’t identical in terms of size and fabric swatches. His thoroughness likely saved me from yet another costly mistake.

Andy advised me to visit the showroom to view the swatches in person—which turned out to be excellent advice, as I ended up choosing a completely different colour. Ordering was a breeze with Andy handling everything smoothly.

The lead time was perfectly reasonable—exactly what you’d expect for a made-to-order Tetrad sofa.

On delivery day, Andy and his colleague were exceptionally careful, especially when navigating the sofa up to the first floor. They even removed their shoes without being asked—a small gesture that really speaks to their professionalism. It truly felt like a white-glove service.

Brenthams impressed me with their communication, expertise, and genuine care throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

We ordered a Tetrad sofa online and the process could not have been smoother. Communications were timely and information precise. Having never visited the store, I was slightly apprehensive but I needn’t have been. The delivery was exactly on time and they even found our very difficult to locate property with no issues whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

After finding the Tetrad sofas we wanted in a large store local to us (North East) we decided to have a look online. Bentham came out the very best price including delivery but we were a bit worried about ordering such expensive items from somewhere we had never heard of. Thankfully we shouldn’t have worried, we have never experienced such fantastic customer service, we have been kept informed at every stage with numerous telephone calls they even rang to check the delivery company had arranged delivery with us, checking in again on the actual delivery day. We honestly thought customer service like this did not exist these days and we will definitely be ordering all our furniture from them from now on.

We were surprised and delighted to find that the Tetrad sofas we wanted were available at Brentham Furniture in Ealing. There really is no substitute for being able to sit on the sofa you want to buy, and getting expert face-to-face advice - in this case from the wonderful Andy. Between ordering our sofas and stools and getting them, we had a few questions and Andy was always ready and able to help. Andy and Jimmy also delivered our fabulous new furniture and could not have been more careful - both with the furniture and with making sure there wasn't even the tiniest mark on our walls or floor. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can’t praise them enough. Firstly, it was a great price for my Tedrad sofa - I shopped around and it was the cheapest with interest free credit. Secondly, the Customer Service by Andy both before and after the sale was nothing short of exemplary.
There was a problem with the outsourced delivery company damaging the sofa in transit. Andy was brilliant at overseeing the process of getting the sofa back to Tetrad for repair and organising a prompt re delivery.
