As you can see I've given this company a fair shot however, in the five years since they've been in business to my knowledge there has been no improvements. It's a great idea...coffees from different roasters from one subscription however the execution in my experience has been abyssmal. I decided to give them another go May of this year and ordered on the 24th...my address autofilled incorrectly so I immediately contacted their customer service team and they said it would be rectified. Great happy out. Their website said orders would be shipped the 29th however by the 30th I had recieved no further information to confirm shipment so I reached out again. The customer service team said it had been shipped however I got notification from DPD the following day to say they had picked up the parcel that day. Still no tracking link from Brewbox though even though they said they had sent on these details so me. Anyway order arrives the 1st and I see they had not updated my proper address on the package and the coffee in the box is totally different to what I ordered. However, the coffee is still good and this is the end of their May run I decide to give them another go. I cancel the last submission and make another one as this seems to be the only way to update my address properly given their terrible website and customer services failure to do so. I order on the 11th of June, it says they ship the 12th. By the 24th of June I've heard nothing so I teach out to the customer service again. They reply "Apologies for the issues, I am looking into it and will have your order resolved to ship tomorrow." I get no further communication or a tracking link until the 27th of July when again DPD contacts me to to say they had picked up the parcel that day. I expect I will get the coffee tomorrow but don't hold out any hope that it'll be the coffee I ordered. I have cancelled my subscription as of today and do not intend on giving this company another shot. Such a pity....I have used many Irish coffee subscription services over the years and love the idea but it can't work without communication and accuracy.
