Could do way better !
Booking ferry tickets was slightly complex for tourist not from the region, as
terminals are indicated with initials rather than full name.
There is a multitude of tickets fares and it is difficult to understand the difference between them.
Seems like none of them are flexible.
I called the customer service for ticket information and they were not helpful as they just told me to look on the site for more informaiton regarding the tickets flexibility. They hardly speak English, and my call was finally handled by the manager.
The ferries are good, the ferry terminal provides good level of service.
Overall, very costy ferry trips for an average service.
I think only two companies run the route between Singapore and Bintan.
