Absolute jokers everyone that works here.

DO NOT VISIT ANY OF THEIR GARAGES I WARN YOU NOW!!!

I Bought 2 new tyres from these crooks, on inspection these were not new at all and they refused to even look at them, on top of that they stole my locking wheel nut from my glove box and denied removing it.
The wheel nut has been in the car since I purchased it 2 years ago, i take the car to have new tyres fitted and it vanishes? You don't need to be Miss Marple to know who has it. disgraceful company, steer clear at all costs.

Me and my husband have been using Briant Tyres for a while now and Mike has always been very obliging, never been turned away and always ready to help if he can, we don’t need to go anywhere else.

Booked for 2pm for Tyres and tracking. Arrived and found out the Tyres Iwas told were in stock had been sold. Asked if I would go away and come back when a later delivery had happened. I said why did you not call? We are busy!! I left it...

Got my front tyres replaced by Bryant tyres at Winterbourne.

They also looked at the rear passenger side tyre that has been losing pressure. Found the rim was kinked and have fixed it. They said hitting a pothole could have done this.

They did not charge me for the rim repair. Excellent and friendly service.

It’s been 3 years since my first review on 2 April 2022. Nothing has changed. Same useless service, no refund, no apology.

This company is a disgrace. Total clowns. Avoid at all costs.

I took my van to them for an oil change including oil filter, no air filter or diesel filter was required. I had previously been charged circa £150 over the years atr different garages. NOT AT BRIANT TYRES! Wait for it £240! This is a joke! I told them I was unhappy and they said they had to put 2 gallons in, which is rubbish as it only holds 1.75 and oil doesn't cost £80 a gallon for an oil burner. They charged me an hours labour for what would have taken me 20 minutes if I had a ramp. They are a rip-off. Fortunately someone has now recommended Avonshire Vehicle Repairs in Wotton and they have been great. Avoid these opportunists.

Discovered a puncture in my SUV tyre at 7am Saturday morning. By 10:30am a replacement tyre has been fitted via a mobile fitter. The tyres are large and can be difficult to get hold of with most garages needing 4 - 5 days.

The service was exceptional. My original call was answered quickly and politely at 8:20am on a Saturday morning. The
Tyre fitter arrived within 90 mins (and when I was told he would) and was incredibly helpful and friendly.

My experience was outstanding and i would definitely recommend.

Would 100% recommend, All staff was so helpful and I’ve always had a good experience when going to bryant tyres, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Felt that in a small way this would endorse my thanks for truly ‘excellent’ service. I’ve used them a number of times for my own vehicle, the families (3 more) and friends. JIM, who appears the gaffer, is the most accommodating (nothing is a problem) polite and skilled chap I’ve ever come across within the tyre trade. I’ve had them come out to attend to work on my driveway and also just call in on them - and always received prompt, polite, skilled and competitively priced attention. Anyone wishing to avoid the cowboys should give Jim a call and anyone who may pay Jim’s wages should give him the max for being such a great ambassador for the business. He runs a great outlet with an equally great team. Those hesitant to trust anyone should fear not - Jim’s your man!
