Excellent site to purchase Lego through. It acts as a market place for hundreds of sellers. Automatically divides orders between different suppliers to get you the best deal. I go nowhere esle to look for my Lego spares and extras.

99% of all the Lego parts I have ever needed are on this marvellous site. Orders are sorted quickly and sellers are helpful.

First time user I didn't get what I asked for. Probably not their fault. The way they provide the information or options is confusing. You think you are getting what you want to order but when it arrives half of it is missing. They provide a selection of suppliers but don't tell you clearly you are going to miss pieces.

Easy to search and order. Haven't received the pieces yet, but hopeful it will be a good process, too!

Brickowl provides a variety of vendors with the widest selection of bricks I have discovered. I have found one vendor that has helped build a catalogue of Lego Spike Prime bricks that have been difficult to acquire elsewhere. They are my go to source for my coding Legos.

A great platform for buying Lego parts. Brick Owl are an online selling site for people selling Lego parts. I’ve bought from about 10+ different sellers and been really pleased. The site deals with the order details/payment and the seller sends the order. I’ve had 1 issue of an item being damaged and 1 of items missing, in both cases the seller has sorted out the problem very quickly. Really pleased with brick owl and all the sellers I’ve bought from.

Really prefer BrickOwl over BrickLink because of more user friendly UI! Obviously experiences about the different sellers on this platform can vary greatly, but so far I've personally made over 200 orders trough this site never had any critical problems that I didn't manage to sort out with the sellers!

Had a buy and switch buyer overseas and....
Had a buy and switch buyer overseas and the buyer did a PayPal dispute saying they were not as described and he lost his dispute wanting me to pay for return shipping. The buyer attempted to extort $50.00 in return shipping when I only paid $28.00. PayPal said he had to return the items at his expense, although they were not mine(Seller) I reluctantly agreed to take the items back. He turned me in to Brick Owl and Mr. L Administrator of Brickowl(thats what i will call him), which in turn suspended my store for "Unprofessional Store Page," Because I put the buyers username on my store page letting people know because of him I would no longer do International shipping. When I got notified I took it down immediately and said I would not do it again. Well that was not good enough for Mr. L, he also said I HAD to payback the buyer for the parts AND the return shipping. Well IMO the buyer made PayPal his "agent", not this Mr. L. He wants to be another Amazon in my opinion, and puts himself over the PayPal arrangements or disputes that the seller/buyer & PayPal have already agreed to. I will not pay for return shipping for what I know to be a buy and switch. I have chosen to remain suspended and not go back to Brick Owl as it was only 1% of my Lego sales anyway.
