I had the most amazing experience with Javaid while choosing my wedding dress. I was incredibly nervous going in, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and supported. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!Javaid is genuinely amazing at what he does.
Unfortunately my experience with the store has been less than satisfactory. The store itself is lacking the chic portrayed on the website.
The staff are welcoming but pushing and there isn't a private changing room area, and you are very open and vulnerable to other people seeing you in the dress or conversations, and they use other dresses in the store to separate the space.
Additionally, the terms and conditions are ambiguous and the owner will change his mind as and when suits them, they were happy to add in some freebies, but only if it suits them.
Please avoid this shop, so many other wedding dress shops out there deliver a much more unique, personable and enjoyable experience of dress shopping, without the "pushing" style of selling where they are desperate for you to buy.
