I feel that this program description is…
I feel that this program description is misleading. Based on what your website said, I was under the impression that this was a self-paced course that I had 6 months to complete. This is not really the case. I only had 3 months to complete the course, and I had to wait for someone to grade my work to move on to the next module. If I have to wait sometimes over 24 hours before I am allowed to move to the next section, it is not self-paced. I have a busy schedule and needed a course with flexibility. Some days I had multiple hours where I could have done a lot of work in this course only to reach writing assignments and not be able to move forward. It is very frustrating! The saving grace is the awesome customer service, and I did learn a lot in the course.

Bridge courses are designed to allow for flexible completion (no need to log in at a certain time or date) and are generally self-paced with the exception of graded assignments, where our tutors have a business day to grade your assignment and share feedback for you to improve. While waiting for your tutor’s feedback, if the following module has another graded assignment, you can work through the full module’s content and begin drafting the assignment for submission, which can be done after you’ve received a grade on your previous module. That being said, we understand our trainees have busy schedules and busy lives, so your feedback on the course design structure is appreciated and something that our team will discuss in more detail. Additionally, we apologize that your bundle course enrollment did not have the extended timeline of 6 months, we will be checking on the technical side of things for this and have reached out to you to connect directly. We wish you the best of luck with the next stages of your teaching journey and congratulations on completing your TEFL course!

The contents provided in the course are robust. However, the manner the information is delivered and communicated can be improved. For online learners, it would be easier to follow through and focus if more variety of media is offered rather than just relying on text. Sometimes, it felt as if the information was repeating and disorganized.

Effectiveness of iDELT
The iDELT course was worth the time and money. As participants, we were able to learn from one another, and out instructor was always there to guide us along the way. I feel that I exited the course a better English language teacher than when I enrolled.

Great learning platform
Before Bridge I had already used other on-line learning platforms but Bridge I should say has been the best so far. I greatly appreciated the discussion boards that were created. Inasmuch as it's an online learning platform, it felt like being in a real class as I knew that there was a tutor ready to answerany doubts or questions I had. I have a great appreciation for the final assessment which I believe really gives each student the opportunity to ascertain what he/she has learned. Thanks Bridge. I'm definitely taking the advanced course.

The modules are comprehensive and the assignments as well as quizzes are helpful for me to practice my skills effectively. Also the lessons are structured nicely and have allowed me to be able to make a good lesson plan by the end of the course.

Enjoyable and worthwhile
I enjoyed the courses I did with Bridge. Obviously, learning online will never be the same as learning by teaching students. But they obviously take care with their course preparation, so the courses are worth doing, and it's good that there is access to a trainer for any questions. I enjoyed watching the mock lesson extracts on video. The final long essays were marked carefully, with brief useful feedback. They sometimes link to online materials, which is fine/useful, but just occasionally the online materials were no longer available. The little quizzes were often too easy to be very worthwhile. Most of the people on the course seemed to be from South America.
