Unresolved Snagging Issues
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bridge Timber or also known as Bridge Eco Classrooms based on my experience.
The garden building was completed with several issues, including gaps around multiple plug sockets, a missing ceiling-light surround, an air vent that needed replacing, Window with missing parts and doors that were not fitted correctly and do not open or close in warm weather.
I reported the defects, including by WhatsApp on 6 July 2025. Becky acknowledged the gaps around the sockets and offered a small reduction if I filled them myself, which I did.
The main problem is the doors, which are still not rectified. I have repeatedly contacted the company and have been told that the owner would call me, but those calls have not happened. My messages and attempts to resolve the matter have effectively been ignored.
The building itself has some good points, but the poor finishing, unresolved door issue and lack of meaningful after-sales support have left me very disappointed.
