When we arrive at Bridgend Kilmarnock we were having a look around, after a few minutes Craig came and introduced himself, he asked what we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction, no hassle and no hard sell, we found what we were looking for and approached Craig, everything went so smoothly it was great. We will definitely go back when we want to change our car.

There sales team did not pressure you and were willing to show as many cars as we wanted . The car was serviced and MOT and ready for pickup on time

Community nurse housebound with no car as these guys sold a dud. Broke down after 14 days and months later still not sorted

I traded in my old car and bought a new one at the Kilmarnock branch. I was impressed with their customer service. The team were excellent and made the process a positive experience for me.

I paid £12.499 for a car when I said I would have that one it had like flat tyre on front they told me I can get it in 5 days well got the car the tyre pressure was not right and the light came on so I got 4 new tyres on it and was told one of the tyre pressure sensors had gone went back to Bridgend motors they said they put 2 new sensors on it got down the road a bit the sensor light came back on they booked me in few weeks got it back tyre pressure was high went back and told them they got well cheeky and told all your tyres are leaking or all the valves are leaking and if they check them it would cost me I took it back to the garage that put tyres on they found a leeking valve on the front I paid £35. That was the flat tyre at the front they where of no help to a disabled pensioner would not recommend them to anyone and still did not pay for the valve

They done nothing to help me I paid £12455 and had it a few weeks ago the sensor light came on few days after buying it when I bought the car there was a flat tyre on the front it kept going down they told me all my tyres were leaking or the valves just got new tyres on it but had to pay for a leaking valve which was the tyre on the front that was flat when l seen it it’s not right they want me to pay for everything I’m a old age disabled pensioner and I would not recommend any one to buy from Bridgend motors

Very smooth and easy process dealing with Bridgend James at Kilmarnock branch was brilliant to deal with and would recommend him to anyone looking to get themselves a new car couldn’t recommend them enough
