I have purchased various items from them over the past 4 years and use them to service my lawnmower, chainsaw and strimmer and have experienced nothing but a polite and excellent service.
Recently approached this company ref having a service done on a Honda generator, as they are apparently the service center for Honda.
I don't know why they have a contact us form on their website.
I made a number of requests via this link for assistance, not once did I receive a reply.
When a company treats potential custom like this, who would want to give them your custom.
To me this reflects badly on Honda.
Will avoid in future.
