Bright horizons has been excellent in accommodating our little one. He’s settled really well with the staff and looks forward to attending !

Our son had many regular accidents here and we were constantly having to sign unexplained accident reports. He regularly came home dirty faced, snotty nose, with soiled clothes and shoes. There is no curriculum for learning or structure they followed, mostly free play as minimal staff watch over them running wild and fighting. When my son fell off the school’s equipment and suffered a 1.5 inch laceration to the back of the skull, concussion and other related prolonged medical issues, they refused to accept responsibility and failed to follow protocol to make timely accurate Reports to relevant Professional Bodies/Department eg Ofsted and HSC. After escalation and a lengthy investigation which resulted in no action, we have had to remove him for his own safety and is now thriving, learning and comes home clean, happy and so talkative. Other parents we have spoken to have mentioned numerous accidents here, but no one really knows about other kid’s accidents, and this information is not posted in the public domain. Be aware and keep you child safe.

We have had the most incredible experience at the Haywards Heath BH nursery. We moved our daughter there age 14 months and are so happy with the environment and the care she is receiving. The staff are so kind, caring, engaged and attentive. We feel really involved and are regularly updated with her care and development. The management team are also really engaged and positive, and keep us updated on anything important, including billing. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery for our daughter, and she clearly is so happy there.

Shockingly unprofessional service!
After an initial pleasant shift from a nanny who couldn't commit to a repeatedly bookings as she was rolling off their directory; we had 5 remaining booking left to fulfil.
Unfortunately the designated nanny provisioned kept changing closer to the day, and ultimately a nanny did not show up for the next 5 consecutive Mondays! Without any forewarning of unavailability - simply an automated email the next day asking how the service provided was!!
This was especially disappointing since my wife is ill and somewhat physically incapacitated, so we were genuinely relying on the support, so for them not to turn up, or worse still - not flag the availability - is totally unprofessional.
The after-care to make amens had been equally sub-standard, and after much chasing; they gave 2 additional complimentary days to use.
I have yet to check my remaining quota, but the website isn't the easiest to navigate.
We are evaluating our options. Proceed with caution and have a back-up plan!

My son has just finished his first week.
We have both had an amazing experience.
He has settled in well and his key worker is amazing! She has made him feel safe and secure whilst he experiences this whole new world.
The staff have been extremely warm and welcoming and I know I have picked the right nursery for my son.
Thank you so much!

My son has been going to Bright horizons in since he was one . The nursery is amazing, he has learnt a lot. The staff from the kitchen to the teachers are amazing, always communicating and providing good care. The nursery is a second home to our little boy.

I really appreciate all this team do, they clearly work together and communicate which fills me with confidence every time I drop little O off! My daughters moved rooms so she’s not fully settled yet but it’s early days and they cater for her needs every time by going straight to the books or Peppa, which she loves. Also, I love they have a male in the team, demonstrating diversity and equality, love it!

Bright horizons in rugby have looked after my two babies and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They feel like extended family and care for the children like their own. Communication is great and the setting is lovely. Manager is really approachable if you have any questions. Wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

Bright Horizons are brilliant with my little one, she loves going there. It was so nice to have a generous settling in period which I think really help both my little one and I,
The team have all been fantastic, even when we've been having issues with childcare tax account, they have been very helpful especially as it's quite confusing to get set up.

We moved both our children from another nursery which we liked (but geographically no longer made sense) to Bright Horizons North Baddesley, where they attended each nursery 2 days a week. We thought the experience would be similar, but it’s fair to say our expectations were thoroughly exceeded. We’ve ended up moving our youngest to BH full time (our eldest is now at school). The staff are so friendly and attentive, handovers are far more thorough than we’ve experienced before and I have no doubt that they really do put the children first. We couldn’t ask for more.

We've had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons Moortown (Leeds). The staff are so attentive and caring, and have made the transition into nursery life a dream for us and our daughter. After being let down by our original nursery I am so glad we found Bright Horizons, we couldn't ask for better care so far. Thank you to all the staff!

"We were thoroughly satisfied with the services provided by this nursery. The caregivers were kind, caring, and attentive to the children's needs. Our child was happy and content during their time there. Although the fees were a bit on the higher side, the quality of care and attention made it worthwhile. Our child spent 2.5 wonderful years at the nursery, and we appreciated the nurturing environment. Overall, we highly recommend this nursery to families seeking quality childcare."

My son has been going to Bright Horizons / Teddies for over a year and he loves it. The staff are competent and clearly care for the children.
Since our son has been at the nursery, he’s been thriving. He has some complex medical needs, but the staff are aware and always care and ask about his conditions.
I would definitely recommend Teddies!

Both our children have attended the Bright Horizon’s nursery at Rise Cottage. The staff there are excellent and the location is a little magical, being set into the woods. Our youngest is still there and both children have benefited from the care and experiences (including the pets they look after) provided. Both were and are very happy with their time at Rose Cottage and we’d highly recommend this pre-school nursery.

My child has been at Bright Horizons for the past couple of years, and the experience has been absolutely brilliant.
From the baby room to preschool, all the staff are wonderful. They clearly work tirelessly to make sure every child's needs are met. My child has always loved going to nursery, has a lovely group of friends, and talks so fondly of the staff, who she has clearly grown attached to.
The staff are attentive, friendly, and approachable. They truly take pride in what they do, ensuring activities are age-appropriate and fun, while also offering opportunities for the children to learn and develop social skills.
We also found the fees to be reasonable compared to other nurseries, especially considering the high quality of care. The inclusion of nappies and meals in the cost makes budgeting much easier. I've also never had any issues with being alerted to missed payments, which I know others have mentioned.
The daily app is a great tool for finding out what the children have been up to and what they’ve had to eat - my child has a better diet than I do, thanks to them!
We are always alerted via phone call if there are any issues, such as the standard bumps and bruises you'd expect from toddlers at play. Fortunately, any problems that arose - standard behaviour of kids not getting along - were handled positively and swiftly.
I feel bad for families who haven't had the same experience, but I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets about sending my child to Bright Horizons. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any other family in the area.

Have had a dreadful experience with their accounts department. Basically, I had arranged payment through our Tax Free Childcare account but they took payment through direct debit although payment through our Tax Free Childcare account had already been made! It felt like ages until they raised a refund and am still waiting for the refund although it's been 2 weeks since refund was raised!!

My son has been attending Bright Horizon Moortown (Leeds) for 2 years now. I think it is an exceptional nursery. They have lots of safeguards in place, make sure every room has experienced staff in place, and the children are well cared for. They provide a lot of information on the app (probably too much for us personally to cope with!) and run regular events and charity fundraisers. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I could not rave about Bright Horizons Warrington Day Nursery enough.
I have recommended it to everyone I know and constantly tell people how lovely all the staff members are.
My little boy has flourished so much since starting in July and loves attending nursery. Some days it's hard to make him leave as he's having too much fun playing with his friends and staff members.
110% recommend this Nursery to anyone in Warrington.

My little one just started this term and loves it. It’s a really lovely nursery with a home from home atmosphere being one of the main reasons I chose this nursery. The updates throughout the day are great and helped me feel comfortable in the first couple of days of her being away from me, seeing pictures and plans for the activities they’re doing in the week. Staff are absolutely lovely and always happy to help or answer any questions I have. I made the best choice for my daughter choosing Bright Horizons

My daughter attends First Class Nursery at Bright Horizon in Aberdeen. She has adjusted beautifully to the preschool room, forming lovely bonds with the caring ladies there. Each Monday and Tuesday, she eagerly looks forward to spending ten joyful hours in nursery, going without a hint of fuss. Her excitement is infectious, and it warms my heart to see her thrive in such a nurturing environment.
