While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Mystifying
Mystifying. I ordered an item from this company and payment was taken from my bank account the following day. Over the following weeks I emailed and left voicemail for the company, trying to find out what had happened to my order as the item hadn't arrived. I got no response - even though they say on their website they will do their 'upmost' (sic) to help. Finally, after sending them a recorded delivery letter threatening legal action if I wasn't reimbursed, the amount I had paid reappeared in my bank account, but with no explanation and no apology. I still have no idea whether this company is actually trading or not, and I am offended at their impersonal and unapologetic manner.
