Such a disappointment

Such a disappointment. Bought this for my football mad 9 year old grandson. Opened the box expecting to find a wonderful brightly coloured ball & instead saw a deflated black coloured ball which needed a pump to blow it up. Once blown up it remained almost totally black so absolutely nothing like the sales videos. Total scam & a complete waste of money. Worst of all was the disappointment for my grandson.

Just to clarify for others reading too: the ball is designed with a special reflective layer that reacts to camera flash or lighting in videos, which is what creates that glowing effect in the clips we show. It doesn’t light up on its own, and we try to highlight that clearly on our product page — but if that didn’t come across clearly enough, that’s on us.

Scam do not buy

Shipping took forever two weeks longer than the ETA missed my nephews birthday. Courier company they use is useless said they were coming twice on two separte occasions waited all day for them didnt show up. The ball is stupid doesnt even do anything different to a regular ball unless being filmed with a flash then just looks bright on the phone what a falsely advertised gimmick.

Scam company do not purchase this ball

Scam company do not purchase this ball. It doesn’t light up even when using a camera with flashlight. I have requested a refund as I was under the impression the ball lights up when being used and not just when a camera is used. Rubbish do not buy.

This company sold me a 4.5x4.5 spot on our school t-shirts. The ad is 4x2.5. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. I did some quick math and it looks like the per shirt charge was about 55.00. When questioning the ad size this person Chase Hedden-Nicely stated a recommendation that in the future I should make the logo larger. I thought that is what there graphic dept. was for. I spoke with them preprinting and they assured me of the correct size and the company will do nothing.

My order was delayed during the Canada…

My order was delayed during the Canada post strike in December 2024. I was given the option to cancel. I received an email confirmation of the cancellation. My refund never came. In April 2025 my order showed up. 3 consecutive emails and no response to return and get refund.

SCAM COMPANY READ & AVOID

Awful received a faulty item and it was meant to be a gift unfortunately no correspondence with regards to returning for a refund. Eventually we receive an email and they only offer a replacement this is against the law and does not follow suit with their supposedly 30day money back gurantee! AVOID at all costs.

Update:

I wanted to share my recent experience with Bright regarding a faulty item I purchased. Despite multiple emails back and forth, they refused to issue a refund.
Frustrated, I decided to escalate the matter through PayPal, where I had a smooth dispute process. I provided all the necessary details, including the correspondence with Bright, and PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor, confirming that Bright was in the wrong.
While I appreciate PayPal's assistance in resolving the issue, I cannot express my disappointment with Bright. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility for their faulty product has left a sour taste. I cannot recommend Bright to anyone, nor would I consider purchasing from them again.
If you're considering a purchase, I suggest looking elsewhere for a company that values its customers and stands behind its
products.

The product doesn't look like the advertisement ads , I tried to get a refund and send the product back and it was HELL. By the time I finished the back and fwd emails , the cancelation policy time frame kicked in and I didn't get a refund. DONt GET SCAM by this people , Dont PAy for cheap products.

This product and company are a scam

This product and company are a scam. The balls DO NOT glow in the dark. They are plain black balls - you can only see them glow if you video yourself using them with a flash, then play it back. They claim they offer a full refund if unsatisfied. After many emails back and forth they agreed for me to return the item - however I had to pay return shipping. The original product was sent from a warehouse in NSW, Australia. I was given a return address in the Netherlands which was going to cost me more for postage than the actual product. Absolute scam - do not purchase from this company!!

You’re right that the glow effect works only when captured on video using a camera flash—that’s exactly how it’s designed, and we try to show that clearly in our ads. That said, we totally hear you on the return concerns. While we do offer refunds for returned products, we’re upfront that customers are responsible for return shipping, and our authorized return hub is currently in the Netherlands.

We understand that the cost of international shipping can be frustrating, especially when your parcel was originally shipped from within your region. We use multiple warehouses to speed up deliveries, but all returns go to our main facility as part of our logistics setup.

That said, we truly value all the feedback we get—it's what helps us improve. In fact, we've got something exciting in the works that may interest you... a new collection that's being developed with actual glow-in-the-dark materials, not just for camera effects. No promises just yet, but it's something we’re hoping to bring to life later this year. Stay tuned

We totally get that it’s not for everyone though, especially if you were expecting something that lights up on its own in the dark.

As for the grip, we’ve taken that feedback seriously too. In fact—we’ve been quietly working on a new collection that might be more your style… something that actually glows in the dark without needing a camera. Still early stages, but we’re hoping to launch it later this year. Stay tuned!

Faulty product, no accountability

Received the soccer ball in December which I ordered as a Christmas present for my God son. The ball arrived and after trying to pump it up we realized it was faulty and air was oozing out from everywhere. I contacted Bright who asked me to send a video of the fault. Which I did. I received no response. I have sent approximately 5 emails since then following up and am simply being ignored. Rubbish customer service with no accountability. I paid for a product that can't be used. Stay away as the "refunds" and "returns" don't exist with this brand.

Don't waste your money! Scam!

Awful experience. Please do not buy from this company. Their website promised a 100% refund, no questions asked. I tried to return a ball and they asked for videos and evidence with no intention of ever providing a refund. Emails back and forth and back and forth again. The balls are absolutely rubbish. Like the other reviews, they don't glow in the dark. And secondly, they don't even bounce properly. Absolute scam of a company. Read all the negative reviews on here, amazon and trustpilot. I just wish I had before. A million thumbs down!

Shocking non existent customer service

I'm really appalled by the this company. I've tried to (first cancel) then return the ball about 5 times now with no responses. There are no instructions as to how to return the item on their website or the invoice.

I really dislike the look of the football and as it wasn't even delivered on time I had to purchase another present.

All I want is to return this and get my £40 back.

Firstly a faulty ball that doesn't even pump up, leaks air. You get in touch, they respond asking for evidence, videos sent. And nothing, I must have contacted this company
many times with no reply, avoid , avoid and avoid. I feel ripped off and looking very likely like I've lost my money, and the boy that this was bought for for Christmas is a till waiting??? How atrocious

Football has no grip

Football has no grip and only has any kind of light to it if you take a picture. The advertisement makes it seem like it glows...this is false. Who cares if a ball glows in the dark when you take a picture of it if you can't even see it in the first place to catch it in the dark...seriously. At least if it had grip it would make a good football for day, but it is so smooth it is hard to get a good grip to throw.

AVOID

AVOID! I was lucky to get a full refund as I paid through Klarna but I did try to return these items and "BRIGHT" didn't respond to my emails after 2 months of trying. The ball is functional as a ball but I feel they purposely deceive and falsely advertise it as a ball the lights up.
Update: There was no mix up because you replied to the first one offering me a discount which I kindly refused. Also it does not clearly state in your ads that the ball lights up through the camera.
