I had experienced kind of lost my item and complained seller directly. the Person in Charge who names Johnel M accompanied very kindly and quickly. Even not only my item arrived, compensated as one more sunglasses too (the options could be chosen as the fully refund, one glasses as free and etc)
However, delay is delay I decided to give 4stars because I couldn't use it on my vacation due to the delay.
But I really appreciate Johnel for quick actions.

After 3 weeks of emailing finally a refund. They couldn't deliver because of a mistake they made. Asked me to be patient an wait while my job is driving and i can't see without glasses. I almost lost my job.
Refund arrived on my account.
And now somehow the glasses arrived too with a totally different dioptry... 🤣
The incompetence of this company is amazing. 🙄

I totally recommend them.
They have several options, the glasses are ready within days, the prices are more than fair, and what really sold it for me was that they made my sunglasses with a prescription that the optic did not make in the type of frame that I want.
The only thing is that you should be able to enter your prescription upfront and the page should show you all the models that you can choose from that prescription because it takes a lot of time to choose frames that you like just to realize that they cannot be make.

I bought online a pair of glass RayBan…
I bought online a pair of glass RayBan from this “trustfull company”.
It was a prescription.
They said then that they don’t have them on stock and I must wait a bit longer to order another one.
And what I have recieved? Fake frames with plastic Logo Imprint, made in Uk, without iron Logo, like what they are showing in their pictures on their site.
Shame on them! They are fooling people, that their frames are original.
Be aware people what are you paing for!!!
