Received an extra box of builders…

Received an extra box of builders construction set. Not required so returned on the 27/11/24. Have been charged for this set. Have returned parcel through Royal Mail and no updates or information given about tracking return. Impossible to contact - no email trail for orders?! Have emailed twice with no response. Thankfully purchased through PayPal. Will not be purchasing from brio again. Very very poor - surprised because obviously a very well known reputable toy company?!
