We had one of your drivers shouting out…
We had one of your drivers shouting out from one of your vans (While driving with a completely flat and damaged tyre on the front passenger side of the vehicle) in a very threatening manner this afternoon and called us F*c*ing C*nts, over and over. He carried on shouting down the road while hanging out of the window. This made myself and passengers unsafe and thought the driver was going to get out of the van and attack us.
When my colleague phoned your office, he spoke to someone who didn't care less about what had happened. They gave the answer of "ah right" and was not bothered one bit. Lucky we have the footage on camera to show what happened. It was uncalled for and unprofessional.
