I would not even rate it 1 star, the property manager SH, has lied on several occasions and made us out to be the bad apple for just bringing up problems, dont trust the company I am glad I am away from them will be going to social media to warn people, stay clear.

2 years with Bristol Residential Lettings
We lived at one of their properties for two years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our property manager, Andy, was absolutely fantastic. He was always incredibly helpful, responding quickly and effectively to any issues we raised. Communication with him was always clear and professional, which made renting with them a stress-free process. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend them.
