After three years of living in the flat, I knew it needed deep cleaning. Their End of Tenancy Cleaning was spot-on—walls, kitchen, carpets—all spotless. Booking was simple, and the cleaners arrived right on time. Their End of Tenancy Cleaning helped me leave with zero stress and 100% of my deposit back. They followed a checklist that matched my landlord's exactly. Even my bathroom mirrors sparkled. Their communication was clear and responsive throughout. They stayed until the job was done right, no rush. Worth every penny for such peace of mind. They turned my messy flat into a clean slate.

As a landlord, I’ve had my share of cleaning challenges when tenants move out. This time, I faced an issue with profoundly ingrained pet hair and odours left by the previous tenants. I called End-of-Tenancy Cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations. They meticulously vacuumed and steam-cleaned the carpets, eliminating all traces of pet hair and odours. They also cleaned the air vents to ensure no lingering smells remained. Their thorough approach made the property look and smell fresh. I will definitely use their services again.

This is not a legit company.
They turned up 2 and a half hours late with no notice of them running late.
They quoted a completely different total time on the phone and in person - 3x longer than scheduled without any communication.
Left the rubbish and not even in bags.
Very rude about providing a legal invoice
Mediocre cleaning for a ridiculous price.
Look at the crappy website and get a feel for these crooks.

Myself and letting agents are trying to get hold of them after a month to discuss and they won’t respond to any calls or messages!

We booked with them an end of tenancy cleaning, but unfortunately there was an issue in the new flat and we had to stay one more night in the flat which was being cleaned.

THIS WAS EXPLAINED to the cleaners, we apologised and advised them to clean around the items left as we would have had to spend the night there (hence the food and the kitchenware still around).

All went pretty well until the moment we returned to the flat and found out that the cleaners took the liberty to throw every single item there was in the fridge and utensils, cutlery, glasses there was in the kitchen. Including a coffee machine Bialetti worth £40.

We were left with nothing to eat or cook.

Additionally most of the items they threw away were pretty valuable, and some had a strong emotional value.

Now, given that we appreciate that the end of tenancy happens on the end of the tenancy and if the flat has no tenants, things may be thrown away, what it's totally unacceptable is that after being told that we would have spent the night there they just decided to throw everything away! The food was still packed, the coffee maker was in pristine condition and so was all the rest.

Also, I don't understand how did they decide what to throw and what not, since they left (luckily) a few items.

Additionally, they left three rubbish bag just on the street, right in front of the bins. Was it too difficult to open the bins and throw them inside? Why would you have to throw rubbish on the street?

We made all of this present both by email and by phone, all we got back was an answer (which I quote): I spoke with the cleaners and they said you told them to throw the food. And there was no coffee machine". This was all they had to say.

We lost our food, our belongings and on top of that, we are horrified by this total lack of customer service. There are many more deserving cleaning companies, avoid this.

The most unpleasant interaction was with someone called Sam, who was the one who took our phone call and replied to our email who could not be bothered at all and basically called us liars

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful awful service, not professional cleaners at all. Just a small family pretending to be a legit company. Forced to pay in cash. Sam was very aggressive and insulting via email. Cleaners arrived 2 hours late and left the apartment before I had a chance to approve the clean. Check out clerk and landlord agree the clean was unsatisfactory. I now have to pay again for a real company to complete the clean to a professional standard. They should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Not a single room was cleaned to the standard that was expected, and all had to be redone.

They did not reply to my emails asking for a partial refund and I had to follow up with them numerous times. When I rang them they got aggressive and started yelling, before hanging up on me.

Extremely poor customer service and a total rip off. Please avoid using them at all costs.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! I paid them over £1000 for an end of tenancy clean second week of June 2022,the inventory check out clerk identified various areas missed so I asked them to go back and rectify, because they already got my money they didn’t go back and stopped taking calls from myself and landlord. Don’t use them they’re a bunch of scammers who will soak ur home in bleach and run. Worst cleaners!!!!

Incompetent and non-existent customer service

DON'T EVER USE THEM! I employed them to do an end of tenancy clean at the flat I was vacating. The day before they changed the time which really angered me, but I went along with the new time even though I complained. On the cleaning day, 3 men arrived, I showed them what to do, and left asking them to call me when they were finished. I didn't hear from them after a few hours, so I called and as I got no answer, I went to the flat. When I got there, no one was there and they had not cleaned. I called them, but no answer. I looked around the flat and realised that they had somehow pulled the radiator off the wall and the water piping was all bent. I realised that they must have fled when they did this. I called over and over, sent emails, got other people to call and email as though they were customers, but none of us received any response. The cost of repair was £658 which was deducted from my deposit. I was lucky that my landlord understood, because I had to get other cleaners and the keys were handed back late.
I proceeded to follow a claim route with the help of Citizens Bureau. They have never answered any letters and even had the audacity to repost an opened, delivered and signed for, letter back to me! Having gone through the process, I have now issued a county court claim, and it's been a week and they have not responded. This cost me an additional £70.
I don't know if I'll recover any money, and I'm spending more money to try recover it, but I can't let them get away with it.
PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS-THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I called end of tenancy for our sofas cleaning and their cleaners did an amazing job today. They were very polite and efficient and also removed a tough stain on it. We would recommend this service to others

I am very impressed that, the cleaners turned up on time and on top of that, i am more happy with the standard of cleaning of my carpet which have some juice stains and the way they clean my bathrooms toilet seat and tiles is very satisfactory,by their professionalism in their work,I will use them again in future.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Extremely rude and unprofessional! Booked for an end of tenancy cleaning. Got a call 10 minutes after they arrived with the boss shouting at me down the phone that we had lied to them, claiming the property had more rooms that we had stated. But refused to explain how they are counting the rooms and and continued shouting down the phone, saying job is cancelled and hung up. I don’t understand why they were counting more rooms than we have, and when I tried to call back, hung up again after angrily refusing to discuss. This left us in a disaster, having to check out of the property the next day. Unbelievably unprofessional. Do not book!!!

Poorer than poor. I booked them for a guaranteed end of tenancy cleaning and once leaving they themselves confirmed they did a very poor job and agreed to come back for a recleaning. They then never answered my calls.
The quality of cleaning was so poor that there were clear stains left on all surfaces they wiped once it dried out. Footsteps left on the floor although they claimed they fully mopped it. They are now not replying my calls/messages and emails. A proper waste of money.

I would give 0 star to these people with their horrible service. They bleached a black carpet to white and promised a guaranteed cleaning service. They left the property in such a horrible condition and blocked my husband’s number. Very unprofessional. I have taken pictures and our cctv has got their faces and the scene they left the bleach on the floor to damage the carpet in corridors. I am filing a complaint against these guys as I do not tolerate this amount of unprofessionalism. Very reassuring at the beginning but very rude once they get the money.

ZERO Star! I used the end tenancy cleaning service from them. They guaranteed to get your deposit back from estate agency. But my 160 pounds has to be deducted because of their poor cleaning. A chance to redo their work was offered by estate agency and appointment made. however they are not appeared. NOT PROFESSIONAL! NOT RELIABLE! NOT RECOMMENDED.

LEFT THE PLACE DIRTY AND EVEN SCRATCHED THE FLOOR. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOBS THEY SHOULDVE DONE (CLEANING THE WINDOWS, THE WASHING MACHING, FRIDGE, BATHOOM PROPERLY). I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A 3 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD WHICH THEY DID NOT TURN UP FOR. AFTER THIS THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND WONT PICK UP THE PHONE OR REPLY TO TEXTS/EMAILS. I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS BUT THERE WAS ONLY REVIEWS FOR britishcleannigservices and I assumed it was them, after seeing the comments on there it definitely isn't the same company.
