Excellent, after the initial lack of response.
After the initial lack of response to our calls and emails, once contact was made, the service was excellent. The reason we pursued was because of the excellent service in the past as we have used Britannia Car Leasing several times over the last 15 years or so. Not sure what happened at the start and can only assume it was a blip!
