This is a correction and an update of my experience. I ordered a gift for my son in law on 9th December. I attempted several times to contact thee company to complain when the order had not arrived. Eventually I was offered a partial or full refund! I asked for a full refund and have heard nothing since. The poor quality item was eventually delivered on the 29th December.

I ordered a gift for my son in law on December 6th. It is now December 18th and the tracking information hasn't moved. I don't know how to proceed.

Despite being called Brit explorer and having London address goods come from china. Took weeks to arrive, when it eventually did I requested a return. By the time they responded about 2 weeks later, I was already away. They eventually offered 10% of cost back I said I would accept 20%. They agreed and said had sent refund, surprise surprise I have never received it … I would avoid this company like the plague

Do not order with this company. I unfortunately ordered my travel pillow 15 days before I was planning to start my trip. Of course it never came and sending an email to complain about it, they said: normal is between 5-12 working days…and that I cannot get a refund as already sent. OK, so I had to fly without what I bought as never arrived in 15 days or ‘in their range’ either. Interesting enough it has been more than one month (when I am writing this) and it has not arrived yet. I wrote another email and they said: cannot refund your money and that the latest update is that it should arrive in 1-2 days. It is ridiculous. Please do not be like me and trust them. Hope it helps someone out there

Beware of this Company. I ordered two bags which took 20 days to arrive. I had tried to cancel my order within 10 mins of placing it (I realised the bags would not be suitable for my trip) and was told days later it was too late to cancel. After receiving the bags (which I have not inspected so cannot comment on the quality of the products) I am trying to return them. I’ve been told returns need to go overseas and so it would cost me around £40 to return and would I like a discount instead. I declined and asked if I could have the address to return to as I did not need the bags. A month on I am no further forward. They take around a week to email me back, each time offering me a larger discount. I have no faith that if I return the items I will get the refund so I have reluctantly agreed to the last discount offered as I have given up and don’t wish to waste anymore time. I have however not heard from them or had the refund.
