Awful, don’t know the purpose of this company as my order never arrived for my little girls birthday present. When I finally got in touch I was told I would be expecting the bed around 4-6pm which of course never arrived to be lied to again and told it would come on Monday. Shock no response as of Tuesday. Do not bother!

This company is shocking -do not use them. My mattress was faulty after 3months which they did eventually replace , the second was then faulty within three months (which I accept is a manufacturing defect) after numerous messages trying to get them to reply they eventually agreed to collect it and refund it. They sent a courier to collect it without notifying me of a date , I then had to continuously message them to get my refund which I finally received 14 days after the faulty one was collected. They claimed that their system had changed since I paid , which may well be correct but they didn’t have to wait for 14 days to sort this . You have to continuously message them before they reply , they only once ever answered the phone in over 6 weeks. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID!!!!! This company does not exist anymore but still takes money for your order. I've had to go through my bank to try and get a refund. No communication at all , they just ignore e-mails and don't answer the phone. Receipt from Panda Sleep Ltd which is a dormant company with £1 in bank account.

I suggest everyone to avoid buying some of these British bed company mattresses through mattressman. I am Very unhappy with my purchase throughout mattressman. I only had an opportunity to go with my instincts base on what k read and see through the description and decided to go with most reviews and bought the one which it supposed to be good for people with back pain. However my experience turned out to be very unpleasant as the mattress cause more pain and soreness to my hips and my back. It is not as firm as it should be and my body can feel the springs and pressure by them. They have a ridiculous policy and they don’t offer any exchange and free return.

Ordered the parklane luxury bed in black plush kingsize with ottomon storage box and the tencel 2000 mattress. Super quick delivery within 4 days and amazing customer service. The build quality of the bed is excellent, and the mattress is so comfortable I can’t explain. Thanks so much British bed store Will definatly be reccomending you 😄

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

we ordered in mid January and I asked to be delivered 12th feb(move in date) it didn’t arrive on that date but arrived a week later!! The colour was completely different & came with NO instructions! It’s super flimsy & head board is so small! You will have to buy headboard stoppers where it is so poor quality!

I have asked for a refund( only way to contact is via Facebook messenger) and they ignore every single one of my messages!

You get a full refund but they take 30% off so you don’t actually get a full refund. 30 days to return but they don’t bother replying so probably will go over the 30 days before they get back to you!

I still haven’t heard back from them and we have had the bed since 18th Feb!

Buy from a genuine bed store!!!!

Absolutely awful! Placed order and took 2 weeks to arrive.. when it did arrive the bed wasn’t even in the van! So they came back few days later and the bed was there but no mattress and wrong colour head board!! So had to wait AGAIN for the bed to finally arrive. Awful costumer service and not even a sorry.

Amazing experience with this company! Such good Quality! Really good price! So happy with my kind size bed and mattress!! Really speedy delivery and the delivery men were very helpful and polite! Will defo be telling people about you guys! Thank you! :)

Great Quality. Was recommended by a family friend to go with this company and must say the best decision I have made in 2020! Have been procrastinating for a while to order a new mattress so I got in touch with BritishBedStore and was given assurance that I would find whatever mattress I desired. I visited the fantastic showroom based in Dewsbury and was also given a small tour of the manufacturing factory. Long story short: Amazing production and even better customer service. Processed and Delivered within 3 days! 5* Service!

The best! Ordered 1x Single, 1x Double and 1x King Ottoman. Ordered on Monday delivered and assembled within 7 days. Top quality beds. Had a history of back pain so explained to the staff who recommended the firmness and what type of mattress would suit best. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended!

I had some a problem but the company went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, even driving out again (A 2 hour journey) Just to give me something I needed And even offered to help me put it together the company did everything they could to make sure I had a good Experience. If I ever got another bed I’d get it from them, not only because of the value for money (king size bed and mattress for 599) but because of the fact they did so much to help me.
I love my bed and couldn’t be happier. Would recommend to anyone x

Scammers!!!!

Purchased Park Lane bed about 2 months ago love the bed but within a month or so started to see the buttons from around the sides and the top of the bed are coming apart I have contacted them constantly to sort this out I was first told ‘this happens sometimes due to the foam around the bed, we can send replacements of the buttons out to you’ considering I am paying a lot of money to this company you expect your bed to be made correctly and for the bed not to be coming apart within a month!
ever since this I have sent emails, tried to phone several times, sent messages on facebook! Had no response what so ever! Twice when calling someone has answered the phone and not said a word when I was talking, every time I call now the phone is gone to user busy.
Don’t use this bed company.

Love my bed, lads who delivered were very helpful and fast, very easy to put together and looks amazing.

I saw a advert on Facebook for the British bed store, I decided to contact them through Facebook messenger, they where very responsive to help me with my enquiry, I originally ordered the Park Lane bed in kingsize, few days later realised the actual bed frame wouldn’t fit in my bedroom, so I contacted British bed store via facebook messenger and they where more than happy to change my order to the Cube upholstered bed in kingsize with the upgraded mattress,

Bed arrived a week and two days after ordering, came home from from work last night and my partner had put it all together, just wow, it’s everything I had hoped for, mattress is so very comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in some time without waking up with dead arms and hip pain from tossing and turning all night with my arthritic back, so looking forward to bed time tonight and every other night.

Very helpful and responsive each time I contacted them via messenger.
