Ordered two bolts from stock. One was correct and one shipped wrong. Runaround customer service is no help.

Great selection of products, Fast delivery
Great selection of products, especially less common variants of items. I only needed an M10 eye bolt with nut but none of the usual suspects locally carried that size. British Bolts desptached quickly and I received the item well packages and quickly.
Would recommend and I will certainly use again.

Good website and excellent service
Like previous reviewers, my order was a very small one. I needed a some 2 x J bolts and 2 x eye bolts to make a special tool and found the British Bolts website well laid out, easy to navigate and excellent choice or sizes.
Ordered Sunday, despatched Monday, arrived Tuesday.

What a fantastic company. The phone was answered quickly. I only wanted a very small order, but I was treated with great care and the gentleman I spoke to went way beyond what I would have expected. I wish more businesses were run like this.
