Able to find something suitable with options to choose from.
Finding out out how to arrange for product to be delivered fully assembled proved harder. But the problem was quickly resolved.

Fair price, quick delivery and comfortable desk chair.

Bought the Ori Folding chair after years of using a cheap Adde Ikea chair and have absolutely no regrets!

The Ori is incredibly comfortable and folds down for easy storage; it fit well under my desk. Delivery was fast and on time (it came within 2 days) and assembly was quick and easy.

Could not recommend British Chairs enough!

Excellent Customer service

It's reletively easy to assemble.
Only part I could not attach is cover for mechanism as the hole is too small to fit, but is is minor point.
Good value for money.

Chair was delivered on the date they said and was given a time slot. It was well packaged and the chair was excellent quality, very easy to install. Great price and great quality. Good company, highly recommend, would definitely buy again.

The chair was easy to put together, very strong and extremely comfortable. Perfect for the long hours sat at my computer. I did'nt want the usual office chair and find this chair a good replacement. Thumbs up from me

Chair was delivered quickly, was easy to assemble and I am sitting on it now! All good.

The chair arrived within 5 days of my order which was satisfactory to me. It was well packaged. All the component parts were present together with instructions which I could follow, and it was easily assembled.

The quality of the chair is good. It is comfortable for working at our computer and I am well satisfied.

No problems , fast delivery

Very impressed with my first order from British Chairs. The chair was well priced and good quality. Delivery was exactly as quoted. I was a bit surprised not to have received any communication from DPD about delivery. They always normally give you a 1 hour slot.

Website is clear and concise with the relevant info.
The chair itself is just as described and just what I needed.

Delivery was on time and handled well!
!hat more could you ask for other than a company which deals with issues well, fortunately I have not had the oppotunity to find out how British Chairs deals with problems as I have not had one.

I will definitely look to come back here when needed again.

Chair arrived in battered box with holess. In adequate packing. Dealt quickly with a replacement but still waiting for original to be picked up. replacement arrived with part sticking through the box!

The only.problem ,the chair was not assembled as I never informed,of. This was very upsetting as I a m a elderly woman and physical disabled, and asked a neighbor to assist,I hope your company has been successful!

This is a great chair delivered on time. Its fairly easy to assemble. Doesn't come with any details about adjustments, so had to call the helpline. who were helpful.

Chairs arrived today - only ordered on Saturday so very quick service. Have only put together one chair so far but it seems to be good.

Very efficient service. Assembly instructions fine, but could have bee a little clearer. Arms were marked left and right, but not from front or rear.
