I did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered Talc Baby Powder and got Corn Starch Baby Powder. The information on the website said Talc. I've sent several emails and am not getting any response to my request for a refund. Very disappointed in your customer service!

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, box was mostly packed well. I always wonder why the bread is put in a separate box within the main package but not the crisps - doing this would help prevent the crisps from getting so crushed. Also, PLEASE start offering real hot cross buns (tea cakes are not the same). I know Tesco stocks them year round.

Food I miss!
Everything was wonderful with your service, and with the items I had ordere. The delivery service not good , it didn’t arrive on the day they said it was out for delivery. Then they told me it was going to sit in a warehouse over the weekend. So I had to put in a complaint and remind them there was food in the shipment and I needed it to be delivered before the weekend, which they did eventually get it too me on the Friday!

Disappointed for first time!
I have ordered from you a few times before and never had problems, delivery is fast, goods arrive in great condition but this time I was disappointed in chocolate although you put in 2 extra packs of chocolate disc which was so nice but the chocolate I paid for does not taste good so have had to get rid of it. I brought the drinks & biscuits for a British friend and am worried about the quality of them now. The chocolate discs have melted into one big blob and terry chocolate is almost white.

We want to assure you that all of our products are fresh stock, and we take quality very seriously. The discolouration you noticed on the Terry's chocolate — sometimes referred to as "blooming" — is typically caused by exposure to heat during transit, which can affect both the appearance and taste of chocolate.
Regarding the melting of the chocolate discs, we do have clear guidance and heat warnings on our website advising customers in warmer climates to take care when ordering chocolate products, as unfortunately temperature changes during shipping are outside of our control.
Please do not worry about the quality of the drinks and biscuits — these products are not affected by heat in the same way, and should be absolutely fine for your friend to enjoy.
