Very poor service
As stated on your website despatches normally take place within 1 to 3 days. In my case the parcel was reported as being packed and ready for shipment 14 days before it was despatched.
I emailed your customer services about this (twice) and expected a reply within the 48 hours also stated on your website. I eventually received an email from yourselves that a) didn't offer any explanation as to the delay in despatching the parcel and b) didn't even apologise for said delay.
When the parcel eventually arrived I found that one of the boxes of Yorkshire Tea had what appeared to be a knife cut on its underside. As the cardboard packaging had no marks or tears I can only surmise that the Yorkshire Tea box in question was packed in this damaged condition.
All in all your quality control procedures and customer service attention were woeful on this occasion and need to be greatly improved if you wish to retain my business.

Still waiting for delivery and little feedback
I ordered a parcel for delivery in the USA at the end of June for my daughters birthday as a little surprise with some of her favourite items, we are now 15 or so days on and delivery is still saying that it is on hold at the dhl facility in atlanta, some of these products will now not be fit for consumption which is annoying, what is more annoying is the lack of feedback from BCS as I have sent a number of emails with only a were looking into it, 7 days ago and dhl have stopped sending tracking information also 4 days ago, i have used BCS a few time previous and admittedly this is the 1st time I've had a issue, BCS packed and shipped on time but DHL seem to be the issue, just beware that items like bread, cakes etc if shipment is held up for no reason won't be in any condition to enjoy if eventually delivery does take place. Frustrating 😡

I did NOT like the multiple added…
I did NOT like the multiple added charges at the last minute prior to shipping. Why on earth is there a "Straits of Hormuz" charge for goods coming from England to the USA?!
I doubt i will ever order anything again after these multiple last minute charges! Build it into the displayed price. I'm OK with additional charge for shipping but that should be it.
In addition the delivery has still not been completed - now 1 week overdue - possibly a DHL problem - and probably not caused by delays in the Straits of Hormuz!:)

The Straits of Hormuz surcharge is an industry-wide fuel and logistics surcharge introduced by shipping carriers in response to global shipping disruptions, and is unfortunately a charge that is passed on to us by our logistics partners.
