Non existent customer service
Sent a faulty collar back,had issues with Royal mail but it eventually got there, now british dog can not be contacted on the phone and are blatantly ignoring any emails.

Avoid this company
This company does not like paying out on refunds i asked for a refund couldn’t get one luckily purchased with PayPal had to go to resolution centre and PayPal had to consider my claim resulting in being favoured to me this took about 2 months to resolve . Will not be using this company again . Far better to use Amazon with their instant no quibble refund policy

A life changer & the advice was both spot on & free
Asked for help via email describing my dogs issues & received detailed advice plus recommendation of a product that has transformed my life with my dog. I bought a Sportdog remote trainer & within 2 weeks people think I have a new dog. He was running off to other dogs & jumping up strangers which got me lots of abuse. Now he comes back everytime I call & I can let him meet people without him jumping up. Thank you Marcus for all your help.
