I rented an excellent van for work from BFS at a fair price given today’s market. Also they are really good at communication and have a very helpful team. Any problems I had were resolved quickly with no hassle. Many thanks

Communication is key, as long as payment plans are agreed and in place we will help as much as we can. We remember Alex as always paying on time, using add blue, and looking after the van with no damages. Naturally we were happy to issue her full deposit back to her.
NEVER rent a vehicle through this…
NEVER rent a vehicle through this company - I had a completely revolting experience with them where due to misunderstanding over payments I fell behind with rent to this company - we agreed a repayment schedule but after two weeks they demanded almost double - it wasn’t possible so they repossessed the vehicle which they charged me £500 they then claimed I damaged the vehicle charging another £900 they then charged me collection fees of £1200 all plus VAT - within a couple of weeks they then took it to court and £1250 rent has turned into a debt of nearly £5000 - please please please don’t fall into the same trap.

We have build our reputation on working with our drivers as their partner. But we do not have free vans! We followed all legal process and now this driver has a CCJ registered against him and debt chasers knocking on his door as he did not pay his rent and when we repossessed his van it was damaged.
Good vans and good service.

I work as a trader from 2008 and when news of the management of inventory about 3 years i can drive van well Coin in the post as a postman for a whole year My problem is that I don't speak English well.

We found a way to communicate with people of all languages though what's app and Google Translate.

Excellent customer service from Dave and Jason and very happy with the Berlingo van. Looking forward to using British fleet services again in the near future
