Great now installed looks great and works well, though was lacking install instructions.

You need a 14mm bit when drilling the holes, and if fitting to a wall you will need help (although for me the delivery box was perfect as a support so I didn't need anyone).

One other thing I noticed, its claimed you can have left or right hung door, but weather strip is already fitted, so if you did want to change it you would either have to remove the original, and lose some of the strength of tack, or find yourself an replacement - for the cost of the unit would of thought a spare would be easy solution. Else don't fit and allow installer to fit.

To complete mine I have added a hue motion sensor to get automated updates from Alexa when post arrives.

The chat feature on the website was very useful for answering questions and Brian answered them all with good humour. When my box was delivered damaged by the courier, Helen was hugely sympathetic and arranged a replacement the following day by other means. The product itself is excellent - rather like a really clever upgraded filing cabinet. Brian and Helen are a formidable and truly professional independent company doing a great job.

Fitting is a bind. Good device

Prompt delivery, extremely well packed, which was a good thing as the driver found a strap holding boxes in place had broken during transit meaning that goods had been thrown around in the van. This easily survived!
Product itself seems well made but yet to get it mounted on wall... a template would be useful rather than trying to mark drill holes through the Brizebox whilst balancing it in place!
I shall make one myself!

I can highly recommend this product and the after sales service. I ordered the XL floor standing one as I was fed up with random delivery drivers screeching up our long farm drive at all hours. It’s sturdy, secure, does exactly what was promised. I had a small problem after a couple of weeks (user error) and it was swiftly dealt with efficiently with the offer of a new box if it couldn’t be solved (which it was)
If you are hesitating in purchasing this product, I’d say don’t. We love ours and it’s given us back our privacy, security and peace of mind which is priceless.

A quality product backed up by first class customer service. The postbox is just what we needed, with good security for both letters and parcel deliveries. The postbox build looks to be first class, but only time will tell. The company response to my on-line and email queries was first class, very fast and ensured that I was happy with the outcome.

Happy with the unit. Solid well built! The courier, XDP, text me 30 mins before they were due to deliver so I left work early but they never showed up! They turned up the next day when I wasn’t in! They then text me another ETA for the following day but turned up 1 hour before! At least this time the driver rang me and it was left on my drive!

Great product. Bought the large size as it is OK for most parcel sizes. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Good communication from order to delivery.
Had to ring up to check what size drill bit is recommended (14mm) but otherwise video of installation instructions were easy to follow. Might be tempted to go with a smaller drill bit as not easy to get bolts to grab if the hole is marginally over-sized. Otherwise totally happy with my purchase.

I needed to change my order as I had ordered the standard box which was too small. I left a message on the chat and received a personal phone call the same day. A personal service which was much appreciated.

There was much I liked about my Standard Brizebox when it eventually arrived 3 days after the confirmed delivery date. The Courier had received the instruction but not the item! It was well packaged, looked decently made and the outer casing of the Box appeared substantial.
I spent a long time trying to remove the sliding drawer to gain decent access to the 4 fixing holes behind it. Very sparse instructions did not help.
The drawer hangs on runners just like good quality commercial filing cabinets, which you remove to bolt the cabinets to the wall, then replace the drawers.
I gave up and sent a question to Brizebox which was answered quickly;
‘The drawer is not designed to be removed’. WHY NOT? Security? I think not.
If a thief has access to the drawer they can access the lower compartment by forcing the drop down flaps which form the base of the drawer. They do not need to remove it!
Without the option of a removable drawer for fixing the procedure is unnecessarily difficult with potential for errors. You have to get your head inside the lower compartment, together with arms, torch & pencil to mark the hole up behind opened drawer. All very tight, uncomfortable and risky.
No chance to drill pilot holes to be certain of precise location. Same occurs when fixing the rawl bolts and trying to tighten. No clear straight access.
In my humble opinion, a perfectly acceptable piece of kit, let down by an unnecessary design oversight, to which there is a nil or minimum cost solution.
Even my locksmith friend’s rude comment about the security of the lock did not worry me. If they want it badly enough they will jemmy off the door or wall!
