My item arrived damaged
My item arrived damaged. I have emailed Broadleys multiple times without any response. They clearly do not care about the customer. I will not be shopping with them again. Stay well clear.

We have not received any emails from you about this issue.
We will send you an email for further details on this matter and hopefully we can get this resolved.
Update on review: We promptly reached out to the customer upon learning about the issue raised in their review. Prior to this, there had been no indication of any problem via email.
Despite multiple requests, we have yet to receive any photo evidence of the alleged damage or copies of the emails supposedly sent to us, as of Friday, 23rd February.
