Just bought a Ford Focus from the guys at Brockhall Car Sales. The minefield that is car dealership has been very frustrating with over priced vehicles that I assume expect to be knocked down as if they are doing you a favour. NO SUCH MESSING ABOUT with Brockhall. A very fair price and honest account of the car, The guys did everything they could from a customer service point of view without being pushy. You can never fully guarantee what will happen, especially with a used vehicle, but I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you very much.

A pleasant no pressure transaction , over 30 years since I have bought a used car, I had hung my driving boots up for six months and thought I had finished but a couple of events led me to getting another, these blokes are how it should be, it will be my first stop if I get another before I get too old.
