They told me it hopefully Will arrive in a couple of days. So if i am lucky i Will have them by Friday the 13 of december!!!
Or maybe 16 or 17 of december.
So 12-16 days

I have used this supplier twice to buy spare parts for my oven.
Quick delivery and good product. Would diffently recommend.
Fast order processing and shipping. Customer service is amazingly fast and solves whatever problems with the order, one might have.
Crappy customer service.
I ordered a part that did not match the original that they stated that it should also the picture on their homepage did not match what they sent! As a consequence the part didn't fit my oven so I needed to use a grinder to make the part fit!
I wrote to the company and informed them about the issue and that they maybe should update the information on their homepage so that other customers don't run into the same problem.
The reply I got was that they don't see this as a problem and they won't act! Actually they don't even seem to trust me that I had to use a grinder to fit the part!!!
So I would recommend you not to buy from this supplier!
