I would recommend Bromley House Clearance. Nick was very prompt in arranging a valuation and a date for the clearance was arranged for 2 weeks later.
They arrived at 8 and had the 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat cleared very quickly. A handrail along the stairs and an internal door had to removed because of the large furniture but this was no problem.

Initial enquiry response very quick and the quote for work very reasonable. Arrived on the day of clearance on time and the clearance was carried out quickly and efficiently. I booked Bromley House Clearance to clear my Grandmothers House (probate sale) on the 22nd February. After living in her house in Orpington for 60 years there was a lot to clear (especially from the garage / garage loft). I sent photos of the areas to be cleared for a quote. Responses and communication throughout the process were clear and prompt and the price very competitive. We agreed an 8am start and good to their word they arrived promptly and at the agreed time. The team were polite and exceptionally professional and quickly got to work. I got called away back to Dulwich as my wife was working and I had to look after my son. I asked them to call me 45 mins before they we're due to finish. Arriving back at the property I was very pleased to see that everything had been removed from the house, garage and shed as we discussed and agreed when they arrived.
