Exceptional performance from initial visit , quotation, removal of old boiler, installation of new Worcester Bosch boiler, testing, explanation of controls, removal of old waste and billing.

Engineer arrived today, on time, for my annual boiler service. He was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was going along, nothing was too much trouble and he helped me with my sticking thermostatic control valves. Another satisfied service visit.
