I already ordered a few times there and all in all their service is quite good. The only real issue I have is with these constant fake sale events, where sometimes items cost more than they had before and in general the pricing is not always great. My Experience with Customer Support however is great, shipping times on the other hand are also often delayed. So yeah this shop is fine but In most cases I try to find my bike parts elsewhere nowadays.

Customer service delaying refund of returned good, sent 3 items back recieved only 1 item payed back, many request to account other items without correct response, buying online fo such long time, this sort of expierence is rare

Good products, good prices, fast delivery and helpful support when I got a wrong piece delivered.

The products are of great value, like always.
The only problem I experience is getting into my account with my laptop but with my mobile. This problem doesn't exist with any other online shop.
Help is offered several weeks later.

The pants fit great and are high quality. Good deal, but it took almost 2 weeks after ordering until the parts were there.
Why?

Absolutely chaos at this shop. Waited nearly a month for refund and therefore it needs 5! mails and a complaining via Klarna. Clearly not recommended. Never again.

I returned back a product which is too small for me. Unfortunately there has been no feedback of receiving my product or return progress. So as a customer, anyone is able to feel like there must be something wrong, right? And I filled out the contact form three times, nothing happened. Still I don't know If the company picked up my return or refunded me. This shouldn't be the way I think. Every step should be announced to customer to inform.

I used to be a big fan of Brügelmann, even as a kid, but not anymore. Since 2 weeks I'm trying to return the three packages I received from Brügelmann. So far I was able to return one package using the delivery label supplied by the website.
+ Generating more return labels on the website? Throws an error since days
+ Contact the service? Only default answers like please sent back the package using the offered return label on the webpage.
But I can only generate one return label there and not the needed three! For this reason I can not return the goods.
