Bad ordering but friendly shop
Not obvious from order conf. that you should expect another e-mail when the computer was ready, so showed up in store which had no computer to hand out. That was annoying. The shop was friendly though, and started the job right away. So ended up with laptop, after a wait of some 30-40 mins.

Unprofessional company!
Well, i happened to purchase a DELL OPTIPLEX 790 - Gaming pc last Wednesday which was the 21/09-16 and obviously i received it late. But the real issue is not only that the PC arrived late its the lack of service or unprofessional ways that IT WAS A COMPUTER WITHOUT THE EXACT HARDWARE! a missing graphic card to be specific (Nvidia Geforce GTX 750Ti 2GB). Now i happened to call Brugte Computere people instantly and it was the worst service than a nightmare! i very clearly state the issue to the customer service agent and he happens to laugh and says well i cant really do anything!?? next thing he asks me to send the whole Computer back when they can easily send the GRAPHIC CARD that i have paid for!
A very unexpected, unacceptable experience and very unprofessional way of handling goods for their customers.
I really hope that they do take this remark seriously and take an action to really sort this matter out ASAP!
