I am extremely disappointed with BrunoCasino. My account was blocked, and my withdrawal of €133.510 has still not been settled. They use VIP manipulation tactics, and when I contacted them on Telegram, they initially claimed my account didn’t exist. When pressed, they said they found it, but all further communication is redirected via email.
I’ve learned that BrunoCasino operates illegally in the Netherlands and avoids resolving problems transparently. I strongly advise caution if you are considering using this platform. I keep all evidence of screenshots etc . I will escalate this to as civil case if they still going to avoid pay out of the lost 133.510 which was cost me to follow they vip level 4 for higher withdrawls which they send me on email
