We have a range of carriage options available at checkout from First Class Post, through 48 hour and 24 hour tracked shipping.
Disappointing first experience. Ordered a truck and horse box as a gift for my son. Excellent dispatch and delivery times, definitely no complaint there! Unfortunately though it has arrived faulty - a door on the horse box doesn’t open. They have no more stock and have only given me the option of returning at my own inconvenience for a refund or buying a much more expensive model.

We always strive to provide great service and quality products, and we're sorry to hear we missed the mark in your case.
Since then, we’ve made several improvements to our processes based on customer feedback— particularly in stock management, however it is still sometimes difficult to maintain stocks of suitable alternatives, and we would still offer either a refund or the next best model available for you to purchase.
