I recently started using BTSE.US for trading Bitcoin
I recently started using BTSE.US for some trading from someone who was teaching me about the Crypto trading. So far my money has been "LOCKED UP" first because of said TAXES OWED, and after I paid that they now say I owe them another FEE because my account has been inactive for more than 10 days and they suspect criminal activity. I Don't recall seeing that one in the rule book. Now I am being accused of possible money laundering and they are going to turn me over to the feds for collection of $9700 dollars if I don't pay up within 72 hours. Before that, it was $7800 in taxes which I paid.
This is probably the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever heard of so far.
Is there anything BTSE could do better? Don't play around with other people's money. BE an HONEST firm.

Crooked bunch of con artists
Scammers, definitely. When trying to withdraw 1000 from my account they came back and say there's a problem with the account and if I send them 3000 USDT they will do an audit then maybe release the 1000. I refuse to deal with this and my lawyer can handle. Thank God I only have 5000 in the account. Someone I know was scammed out of 88000! Don't ever do business with these crooks!
BTSE Crypto is a VERY BIG SCAM !!!
Hello All,
On February 21, 2024, I transferred 55000 Usd dollars to my BTSE crypto account (in Usdt tokens), immediatly made a trade for the same price from Usdt to Kyve coins. But, I only retrieved Kyve coins for 25600 Usd dollars. That's to say, I lost 30000 Usd dollars.
More than one week after my complaint sent to support of BTSE on February 25, 2024, they answered me that it was normal because, the reason is the SLIPPAGE fees.
To my question to know which extract from their general conditions mentions that slippage fees during a transaction with a large amount can be greater than half of said amount, no answer.
According to you, is it possible that 30,000 USD dollars be used for slippage for a transaction of 55000 USD dollars ??? Seriously !!!
In this situation, I have paid the services of a lawyer who will work with my legal protection in order to recover my dues. In addition to the fact that the BTSE platform is neither referenced nor registered with the Financial Markets Authority in France while its services are well sold on French territory, I have just filed with the police French authorities a complaint against the business for fraud and breach of trust. It will be added to the list already present on its server.
Presently, I do the necessary to initiate civil litigation proceedings, which will be followed by criminal proceedings.
AWFUL EXCHANGE
After being sent in circles to to verify my address they finally done it after I said I am moving, and they took 5% immediately! They then suspended my withdrawals!!!! Avoid
BTSE lost (and ultimately found) my 30k USD
Original post where I rated BTSE as 1:

They transferred funds to some OTHER account and now, for a month they are not providing any help or solution. I entered my account number and bank data correctly and then they sent to to some random account - then only reply I get is that it is being solved by finance department, but still no information, no resolution, no money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I am about to go on legal pathway with these guys as this is ridiculous!

What happened is that AFTER I have started posting this situation in various channels, I have finally got some real answer from them and almost immediately the situation was moving forward. Money was apparently stuck in the bank, so I needed to wait a few more days, then it got sent back into my account, where I needed to make another withdrawal, it did not go through, then another one and then finally it arrived.
So overall, good that they managed to solve it, but few things why I will not change my review into 4/5:
- Why did I have to wait like 5 weeks until any action was taken?
- Why did I need to start posting these reviews even if I warned BTSE beforehand that I will do it, if they do not solve this, because I think people should know?
- If they knew money was in the bank then why did they not send me "their" money and then handle the return with the bank anyway?
- Then why was the money not sent to my bank account and I needed to go through that process again?
I'm ok with companies making mistakes, but they could have solved this much better.
